Finally needed to upgrade from my 2015 Mac Pro cause I couldn’t support much. Was a little skeptical going from a Pro to an Air. My needs have changed since I bought the pro and I didn’t need that much power. I’ve only used this laptop for 3 days and it exceeds my expectations. The M4 chip is so much faster, the quickness that everything loads. The battery life is amazing, fully charged it when I got it and haven’t needed to plug it in yet and I have been on it for 2 days. Only disappointing thing was since I got it refurbished (that’s actually great), it didn’t come with the MagSafe 3 charging cord, just the usb-c one. Since there aren’t as many ports on this I had to get the MagSafe 3 charging cable so I could utilize the two other ports. I feel like I will be using this for many years to come before it needs replaced, and I am looking forward to that. I love how seamlessly it is integrating with both my iPhone and my iPad.

Huge upgrade from my 2020 system of the same size. In excellent condition and hardware is working smoothly since I started using it about a month ago with no problems. Design is sleek and flawless, other than a couple scratches on the bottom that are honestly barely visible. Great discount and great product

Received the laptop almost exactly as expected. Seems to be functioning well. Overall appearance is great except for a scratch on the screen. It's not huge but certainly visible. I contacted support to see if it was something they could repair or offer an exchange for but I was told no because the device qualifies as a "small appliance." I realize it's a Geek Squad certified used product but I was disappointed there is a scratch right in the middle of the screen.

Everything is running like new. I've recommended Best Buy to a few friends for their upgrades.
