Great and modern technology I love my new watch !!!

Not as durable as the first gen watch within 3 weeks of purchasing already broke the screen

Good watch but charge for cellular use from watch separately should be avoided Incase using the watch with existing plans

This purchase from best buy was a worst choice first time i bought used product which was bestbuy marked as excellent didt know that there excellent rating product were as pathetic i received apple watch yesterday and it was not working screen shaking touch some time work sometime not i reset many times thought may b first time i am using it may be dont know i watched youtube videos for learning purpose but didt see this kind of behavior i went to potomac store ask them to check whats wrong and they said something is wrong with watch i had no words like i waited 5 days and you cant even check your product before shipping this is worst kind of service on top of that i use my rewards and they said it will take 2-3 weeks to return to my account what a joke dont know that a company selling tech products has this kind of services.

My son loves this watch. It is comfortable and looks great!

Should not have bought wished I waited till store got fossil watch

I owned the series 0 Apple watch and skipped the upgrade on the series two holding out for a watch that could be used independently from my iPhone. Finally my hopes and dreams came true this year. I was never expecting full independence from the phone but to be able to do small trips with out lugging my 7 plus along has been almost as awesome as the fist time i went grocery shopping without my kids. Im glad apple finally made an LTE capable smart watch. I will be bypassing the phone upgrade for both the 8 and X. but i am more than happy with the purchase of this Apple Watch.

Was actually able to get this watch..Nike 42mm S3 (last one!) at my local Best Buy! (No waiting or preordering!?..I got lucky!!! I’ll admit! Lol) and fired it up and noticed cellular connection problems?? (The Hiccup!) Took it to apple store (couldn’t take it back for replacement..I got last one remember) And the lte (cellular) chip?.. Was bad?! So was only connecting like a series 1-2. But only waited about 2 1/2 days for new one! (Not bad!?) Anyway fired and paired right up With my iPhone 8+ Yes updated my phone when I bought watch lol (from a 7+) Works great with Verizon! Picked my kid up from school no problems! (About 4-5 miles away) Only problem so far that i noticed was I lost connections at my local Target?....maybe a new update will fix/make signal stronger? (Still new product) But definitely very happy with it! And won’t take it off unless to charge!! And looks great! Thank you once again Apple!

Got this at Best Buy less than a year ago! Battery overcharged and broke the screen. Bust buy said I have too take it to apple? Simply Mac said they would send it in and I would know in 7 to 10 days. It has been 13 and not a peep!
