Two evaluations: product and company. Product - 4.5/5 What I appreciated was that it came with two different size wrist bands. I have a smaller wrist. It was nice that it was adjustable. What I don't like about the watch is that dictate is not accurate and there's no way to edit in messages. So, I've sent some awkward messages. However, as of right now, it's working out well. I will post another review in about 6 months as an update. Company - 3.5/5 Company wise, the customer service was not friendly or helpful. They were not rude, because it was an automated message, but there was no way to actually speak to a representative. The watch was bought on 11/28/20, and scheduled to arrive 2 weeks later on 12/13. I It took much longer even though the tracking said "December 17" and would not update. It worried me that it was stolen. ('Tis the season.) It eventually came, but I think it was actually the 21 or 22nd. The company, as a whole, is convenient to buy from, but not as convenient in returns. So, I try to not purchase from them unless their prices are remarkably lower than anywhere else.

Great watch and saves money. It does not have ecg and all, but this watch is worth the money as the other things it had are more necessary than having big screen and ecg

Our 3rd iwatch for the family. I’m not phone dependent, so I never thought I’d need one, but it’s very quick and convenient to receive and respond to notifications without having to pick up my phone (or determine whether or not I want to pick it up). It’s also convenient to answer calls from my watch when I’m charging my phone or don’t have it within arms reach.

Great! Great value too! Love the 40mm size and cellular. Vocei to text works great too....and can easily pair with ear buds without having to carry iPhone on walks/work outs.

I got this for my 10 yr old son. He has been begging for a phone, but I'm not ready for him to have one yet. He previously had a very kid-like watch that had some communication features, but it never really worked quite right. This watch is intuitive and easy to use. We both love that he can easily call/text the contacts programmed in the watch. I can control his contacts since he is set up through my watch app. I like that you have full operability without having to have another phone for it.

When it first came out it was a blessing to own but now that it has been used for less than a year… the battery degraded drastically like badly. I literally tossed it aside and upgraded to the Ultra which has not failed me yet…

I absolutely love the watch....everything about it, the size, the convenience of GPS and cellular. The staff were very helpful with the purchase.

Love this watch it keeps me on track with my fitness goals, definitely a motivator. I did not get the oxygen saturation reader and EKG because I don’t need those features and if you are a healthy person doing exercise you need not be concerned with those features. So price point for me was great without added features I wouldn’t use. I pay an extra $10 a month through AT&T for the cellular data feature and love taking runs without having to lug my iPhone 11 around bouncing around in a pack I have strapped to me.

Best watch ever. Great color. Did not think I would ever wear a watch again. Comfortable. Don't even notice it's on your wrist. Great cool features.

Set up took a little longer than expected, but otherwise pretty easy. Definitely glad I opted for the cellular option as now I don't have to worry about my phone falling out of my shorts when I'm on a run. Speaker quality is clear and not having the always on screen isn't a negative. Glad I read the reviews and opted for this entry model instead of shelling out more $$ for the Series 6. So far it's ticking all the checkboxes.

Perfect size and feature set to be able to stay in touch throughout the day when having a full phone in hand is not possible.

I have 2 of them about 7 years ago … and they are so cute .
