Couldn’t be happier. I was worried about going SE instead of the standard watch. But this is perfect and does everything I need. I thought it would be too small also but it’s not.

Happy with my purchase. The salesman helped me find what I needed.

Watch doesn’t hold a charge for a full day unless it is on airplane mode or low battery mode. It is pared to my iPhone but it is my sons watch with cellular and has its own number so I’m having trouble setting up voicemail. Also the ringer is very quiet even at full volume and there is no camera so he can’t FaceTime. There are good parental settings which is important since my son is 8 years old.

The watch works as advertised. I love the waterproof band that allows for easy clean up. I was afraid the watch face and band would be too bulky for my wrist, but the 40mm size is perfect for those one the petite side. The only downside is the short battery life. I end up having to charge it every night, so I do not get to utilize the sleep tracking features.

Previously had the SE, and it's a good upgrade from performance and battery. However, the reception isn't great at times here and there. Not sure if the device is limited based on lower performance to that of a phone, or the device has it's own issues(?)

customer service was stellar and very helpful. Presented a welcoming greeting and displayed patience and expertise.

Bought this for one of our kids so we could text him or call him amd he can do the same. Seems to work really well and he enjoys having a device to connect with us.
