I got this to upgrade from my series 6 Apple Watch. I got it on Black Friday at a very good price. It is large enough to read, and not too bulky. Battery life has improved. It hugs around my wrist when put on. Very comfortable.

The Apple Watch series 10 is a great improvement from the previous watches my main concern was the battery life one the watch and I can say after 3 months of having it, it far exceeded my expectations from my experience the battery last a good 20 hours and the lighting cable provides a fast charging connection fully charges in about 30-40 minutes

Disappointed. I got the watch and set everything up, only to find out it wouldn’t charge. Some part of it was defective. I had to drive to Best Buy to get it looked at. They couldn’t get it to work so I had to exchange it. They didn’t have the same size in store so if I wanted the watch I had to buy the smaller size. I chose to and then they charged me more because it was a different item. I honestly think that’s ridiculous but I need to track my heart rate so I didn’t have much of a choice. I won’t buy an expensive purchase from them again unless I have no other options. The guys at the store who helped me were nice though.

Awesome! The color quality is beautiful and it’s much faster than my series 7! The bigger screen is actually really nice and you can clearly see the display!

This was an awesome gift.. my fiance wanted one for her birthday but wasn't able to get one but when Christmas came.. the excitement that was on her face was one smile after excitement green salad for joy that no one could write in any story.. somehow I got the wrong watch through the online store.. so I drove to Little Rock where the Associates in the store help me with this small issue so I could create a happy moment for my fiance thanks Best Buy.. you have a forever customer

Switched from the series 3 to series 10. What a difference! Being able to download multiple audio books to my watch to listen to during runs is great! Don't need to bring my phone. I also love how easy it easy to use Siri for things like starting workouts, timers, alarms, or just googling something. Definitely would recommend this watch!

I was never a watch person, but can’t go without this one. It’s off my hand only for charging then it’s back on. It’s like my personal assistant. I use it for everything from Messages to work out even my health I highly recommended and with the new AI I can’t wait for all the new features.

Wow, this 42mm is such a perfect fit. Thats if your not into that big big screen. Similar to the same size as my casio watch , nothing too fancy just simple and perfect size. Hopefully this helps somone online.

Very happy with my first Apple Watch purchase. Decent sale and financing offer plus the watch itself works great. I thought the charge might last a little longer but charging it only takes 15 min so still a win.

Everything was perfect, the watch is new even if it was an open box one

If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased an Apple Watch Series 10 for store pickup as a present to my husband for Christmas. I picked up the watch in store and got home and wrapped the present. On Christmas Eve, my husband opened the gift only to find an EMPTY BOX. No watch. I quickly ran over to the Bucktown Best Buy and explained the situation to an employee and then to the store manager, Jose. Jose showed zero empathy and zero concern. He said I was “wasting his time” and that he could not help me. He had me call the customer service number, which I did. The customer service rep (outsourced in India) told me they could not help since it was a store issue and that I would need to go back and talk to the store manager. I returned to the store and asked to speak with Jose again. His customer service is awful. Just awful. I felt gaslit and disrespected. I was told yet again that nothing could be done and that I am out $400 for an empty box. How is this possible? How is this fair? The WORST experience ever all around.
