I PAID OVER $800 FOR A BUNCH CAMERAS THAT DON'T WORK PROPERLY. THE BATTERIES LAST 2-3 WEEKS. STARTS RECORDING WHEN THERE ARE NO MOVEMENT AND FAILS TO RECORD WHEN THERE ARE MOVEMENT. ALERTS ARE DELAYED BY UP TO 30 SECONDS. RECORDINGS DISAPPEAR FOR NO KNOWN REASON. PREVIOUS RECORDINGS ARE SHOWN WHEN THERE ARE MOVEMENT ALERTS. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY...

Has worked as advertised so far. Have had the cameras up for a couple weeks and believe I have them tweeted to where I want them. Suggestion would be to mount them were they are accessible in order to recharge the batteries. I haven’t had to do it yet but could see the problem if they aren’t easily accessible. Will update again after several months.

My cameras have been up for less than a month and I have already had to recharge the batteries. Video quality is great during the day and pretty good at night.

Very clear images and sound, and I love being able to talk through it. The system gives alerts whenever motion is detected, which is comforting when I’m away from home. Batteries are easy to recharge. Two camera batteries need recharging quicker than the others, but are the most active cameras; they have the most activity & recordings. But I am extremely happy with my purchase!

1 camera did not work. Still waiting on replacement. Tech Support really depends on who you get. System does work well when it works. Tends to go offline but that could be due to our internet.

The motion detection didn't work on one of my cameras. The image was fine if with in 20 ft but after that was somewhat bubble vision. I give these a 2 because I did like the app and the easy installation. I purchased these cameras to monitor my driveway and for package delivery with notification of movement but since the motion detection was not picking up movement I was not notified of the motion at the door. I returned them, I did not exchange due to the image at farther distances and currently looking at other options.

I bought this camera system a month ago and I am still not sure if I want to return it, I still have another week to keep testing them. I have one outside the house and the other one inside, and sometimes when I am at work and I want to see what is happening in my house, the cameras show that they are disconnect and that I have to check my connection. My house is pretty small and the quality of the video is not very good for a 1080p camera, I can't see really clear faces, in case something happens (God forbid) I won't be able to give the police a good video of the footage. Like I said, I still l have a week to test it out..
