This is my second Arlo system now - both I bought during a significant sale - which is the only way these systems become rather worthwhile. The HD quality is impossible to actually achieve since the camera's are fully wireless and any and all outside interference causes video quality degradation. Regardless they're convenient for the sake of being able to easily be placed anywhere - and the battery lasts a significant time. The quality is easily surpassed by a $60 Aankke camera on Amazon though.

This was a great purchase to get rid of paying a monthly service for home security. I can see all of the entry places to my house and it makes it easy because it is all on my cell phone. So even when I am away I have access to know what is going on

Getting near the end of my return window And may be returning. These cameras are okay for seeing whats going on but I never know when their going to all of a sudden not work and I may not notice it for hours. The motion sense is very buggy the video quality is okay but your not going to get a clear shot of a face unless their like 5 ft or less from the camera. for the price of these I would think that they would have much better software and support. Support is pathetic directions to into online forums getting to speak with an actual person is near impossible. Package says battery life up to a year I have yet to get more than 3 weeks even for the camera that doesn't get activated very often my camera that catches traffic I had to get a 40 foot USB because the battery life is only about 3 days my least active camera gets set off about 2 to 4 times a day that battery last a little over 2 weeks. I do not see getting 6 months to a year of battery life no matter how often they are activated. What comes in the box is a joke I bought the four camera set and it comes with one charger and a 6 inch USB cable 4 magnetic pucks and one swivel Mount. I also bought the video doorbell another $150 so now I have $600 invested in this system that is mediocre at best. The presence of the cameras does seem to make a good deterrent but the functionality of them is not good I would recommend spending about $1000 for a good wired system installed in order to capture good video.

Bought these to cover my property. Have a cello node system so WiFi coverage is good. These things won’t work if they aren’t within 50 feed of the base. This come with 6 camera but you can only have 5 camera linked to base. So I paid for extra cameras I can’t use. And can only cover right around my house and not garage and barn areas. They install pretty easily but the whole thing with the distance from base and the number of cameras in system at one time is a disappointment

Be aware of Best Buy return policy on this product. You are not given much time to set up, work out bugs, and assess the product before losing full refund option. While the product worked well. Due to my network setup, it completely killed my WiFi. I am having to use PTP bridge due to having large piece of property and when I set this product up, I completely lost internet signal at the receiving end of my PTP bridge. I gave three stars because the product worked but not without limitations for my application.

Great camera if u can keep it plugged in very poor battery life six inch charging cable not good enough for me..

I bought the 4 cameras. 2 don’t work because the batteries don’t charge. I mounted one 25 ft high with a solar panel. It stopped working 2 days later. Now I have to take it down and figure out how to replace 2 cameras out of the warranty policy. Such a hassle. I recommend that you get a good quality wired system and have it installed. These systems need to be dependable. What good is a security camera that only works part time??

This is a good camera system that’s easy to set up. I do wish that there was a way setup different cameras on different schedules but other than would definitely recommend.

Had a hiccup with app recognizing the base station because of vpn on phone. But once vpn was turned off everything went fine. Good camera, very sensitive .

When registering the 4 new camera's to my existing account, it only let me register 3 of them because my account was full. Need to pay up now for all 7.

Id recommend getting cameras that are wired. Going to charge these every so often is a pain!

Love the general secure feeling this gives me when I am away from my house and when strange people decide to wander through the yard at odd hours.

The system works well but there is a lag with the video. Also they need to work on the interface with google home. I upgraded to the nest cameras.

The gal was very knowledgeable about the Arlo Pro 2 products and other cameras offered in the store. After our own research, we chose this product. Good price and seems to be working well so far. A little tricky getting the app set up, but overall good product and good service at Best Buy

Loved these cameras for awhile then all of a sudden the picture quality got fuzzy and had a lot of whiteout. Not everyone has had this problem though.

Lots of adjustable settings, works great...BUT the batteries do not last as long as expected. They use about 5% daily, so must be recharged about every 20 days.

Great for your home. Trying to use for a business is almost impossible. Especially if you use it during business hours just to monitor live activity.

Don't waste your time with Canary" or any other system this is an affordable and reliable one, could still use a bit more precision but for the features and price... u can not complain..

The camera system is very easy to use and provides great coverage. Night shots could use some improvement, but overall I’m satisfied with the product and recommend it.

Bought these to supplement our alarm system and got a great deal on them for black Friday. Once we set up the notifications on the app sonwe weren't getting notified every couple of minutes due to us walking through the house it has been great and the video is nice and clear.
