Love the cameras. Load times For video clips are a bit slower than I’d hoped and usually by the time I can see who has been at my door they are already gone.

These work fine. We had some blink cameras that were easier to set up and but didn’t have good motion detection for very far. We are happy with these.

They are good quality, battery dies within 3 days, so if you’re looking for long lasting this isnt it

Easy to setup but the flexibility of the magnetic ball and size of back of camera make it a little difficult to swivel it at any angle but it works well otherwise.

Great camera however it dies quick and there is a delay with the alert. You have to go back into the video in order to view

Though the batteries need to be recharged much more often than stated, this surveillance system has done the job of deterring a bad neighbor. Wish I had bought it years ago.

I got it on sale and I am very content with its features. Resolution is as good as Pro 3 (atleast on iPad, if not on TV), lag is about the same, free 7-days of free cloud storage and so on. The only thing I wish is it had color with night vision. Very satisfied overall.

I am a current user of the first gen Arlo Cameras (6 std cameras and 3 Arlo Q cameras) since late 2014. I decided to upgrade to the Arlo Pro 2 platform with improved features. Before setup, I removed my old base station to avoid any conflicts. During setup, the new base station had no issues connecting to my network. When I attempted to sync the wireless camera to the base, it failed repeatedly. I read similar issues in Arlo support and performed the steps suggested with no success. After contact with Arlo support and performing a series resets of base station, power camera thru USB cable, and multiple camera attempts, the system never recognized the camera. Arlo support indicated the base station is defective and should return to retailer. I returned and replaced the Arlo Pro 2 system with a 2nd Arlo Pro 2 package. After repeating the setup, same issue that the camera would not sync with the base station. Another call to Arlo support (after I performed the same troubleshooting steps) and they indicated they would escalated to Level 2 support and call me back once they had a solution. I indicated I am on the phone now to get corrected. After a 5 min wait, the L1 tech returned indicating L2 phone system is having an issue and they would call me back. After 5 days the call never came and received an email the ticket would be closed unless I contacted them. By day 2 I had returned the 2nd package and purchased similar product from RING. The Ring product was operational within 5-10 minutes with no issues.

Excellent DIY solution to protect your house. Super easy to setup and manage from your phone or tablet. Since the cameras are motion detected, cameras in high traffic areas need to be charged more frequently, but still last 3-4 weeks. Charging the cameras are as easy as plugging them in.

The cameras were bought for the family ranch that is leased to a cattle rancher and hunters. The cameras have allowed us to know who enters our ranch land.

The camera themselves are great, but if you are wanting to see faces and license plates I would wait for the new ones coming out.

My only regret is that I didn't purchase the 3 camera system. This product gives me the piece of mind I was looking for when away and in our home. This app is user friendly and the footage is reliable. I'd recommend this to anyone.

You can have these installed in under an hour. Make sure you get the solar panels so you don’t ever have to charge the batteries. If you’re installing these outside you will need 3 additional outside mounts. I like how there is no monthly fee to monitor your own cameras.

I bought this because I have an RV that I park in a drive way on my property but the driver side is out of view and somebody cut the wires to my generator so my son told me about Arlo so now I have a camera on the side we can’t see from the house so now I feel more secure

Too slow, by the time in event took place it’s over before the recording starts takes too long to sign on

I had these installed a few weeks ago and am still getting used to them. In most cases it picks up movement. I need to learn a little more about how to adjust them.

Easy to setup..easy to place..gives false alerts..alerts come slow..range at night limited..useable for small areas

For soem reason, the camera closest to the hub disconnects quite a bit. Great picture, app needs some work

We needed to get a camera system for my mom's business and the Arlo system has been absolutely amazing. Easy to set up, feature rich and great performance. We like it so much, we're going to get a couple additional sets for our personal homes. If you need to get a security camera, this is the one to get!

Needed something to provide that little extra surveillance around the house. System is easy to install and hook up to existing internet. Detection is great and allows for sensitivity adjustment. Video is stored for a week before dropping off. Great product!!
