Love this system, but it has its quirks. Cameras stop recording sporadically, or activity zones done work properly. Otherwise, I love the system.

I am not impressed with the system. After spending $900.00+ I feel that all I’m getting is a mid quality surveillance with access to an app. In order for me to have continued access I have to pay a yearly subscription, really?? The delay from real time is not acceptable.

Easy to install, and easy to handle with smart phone app. It will be great if come with genuine indoor/outdoor power cables for cameras.

Arlo was so easy to install the cameras, door bell, door bell speaker and the mount. It walks you through the installation and is very easy to understand the instructions. I have only had one camera that I needed to mess with it for going off too much.

Got this system as a Christmas gift from my wife. Going to Best Buy tomorrow to look at mounts, only comes with one outdoor mount.

My review of this product is an endorsement to the extent that my star rating leads you to believe.

I have been impressed with how long the batteries last in the cold. We had several sub zero days the cameras lasted 4 plus weeks in the cold.

Seems expensive... Little hard to use all the features in reducing the amount of alerts when are movements in plants.

my only complaint is that is not very fast with the connection to give really live fed. However, that could be on my internet.

This is a great concept. It gets the job done, but the only doen side is the delay for the live video. Its about 3 seconds diference

We bought this camera system before we went on vacation for a little bit of extra peace of mind. Thankfully nobody broken while we were gone; but we did notice the cleaning company we were using was stealing small items from the house almost every time they cleaned.

Easy to set up and use. Haven’t had many issues. You can only have 5 cameras to one account before have to purchase a plan.

After doing a great deal of research on home security cameras I decided on the Arlo Pro 2 and began value shopping. Best Buy offered the best price on the system I wanted. It was easy to setup and connect to both the Arlo website and Smartthings hub.

This product is, by far. very great value for money. It does exactly what it was intended for. To bring peace of mind. The price is correct and packaging ideal to prevent damages in transport.

I purchased this system after doing some extensive research! Lets just say it's better than I even expected. My house was broken into and robbed before I bought this. Don't make the same mistake I did. I can leave my house and not worry about it now!!!

I have set for Geofence so turns on auto-detect when I leave house and and off when I get home. Two way mic worked on Alexa when I forgot to turn lights off. Worked great when Ex-wife showed up to take stuff while I was gone. Priceless.

I was told arlo is wire free, so why do I have to get on a ladder every 5 to 7 days to plug them in? Also they said batteries lasted a couple months between charges. Even if you turn down the settings they still die fast. I also asked if I had to pay a monthly service, and again they said not at all. But to get them to work right you do. I wish they worked right.

The camaras says waterproof a month later on 4/13/20 it rained throughout the day. The next day one of the camaras said no internet connection.I opened the camara because it wasnt charging it had water inside and hasn't work. Since the store is closed do to COVID-19 I haven't been able to go in and see if they will provide a new one since I purchased the insurence. If you can help I will appreciate it.

Purchased at a sale. Very easy to set up and hook up to the wall. The app also is easy to use.

They don’t hold a charge that good I am charging every week
