Instructions included are not very helpful. Called and went online to complete setup.

The only good thing about Arlo are the magnets that you can use to mount it. First of all you have to pay per camera per month to get the cloud service which means that you can have access to your footage. And the cameras have to be plugged in to have continuous recording. But they only give you one charger and you can't use any USB charger it has to be Arlo because how they designed it. Let me just say this, Arlo missed someone pulling up and leaving in a diesel truck and missed us moving a whole bedroom set from inside the house to outside the house passing two different cameras. They did not catch it in the motion or sound detection. I think that pretty much says it all. I returned Arlo because Arlo sucks.

Love these cameras , they have awesome resolution. I mount them outdoors and i live in colorado. Never an issue with cold weather

Wow!! Arlo got it right again!! I have an Arlo Pro 2 at over 125ft away from the base and going through 4x8 walls and brick! I have 2 bars but works perfect when you have extra acres of land.

Great option for the price! System still function with original batteries. Bateries last a few months. efore needing changing.

I have an older version of Arlo but it doesn't have sound but I didn't purchase this one because I was moving and wanted to purchase the entire system for my new home.

Easy set-up. Good field of vision. Love the app notices when movement is detected.

They are amazing cameras. Have them in the front and back of my business and they are pretty accurate. Very customizable through the app and easy to use.

Tried Ring first and had nothing but problems. The only thing that is a pain is having to reset password without notification. It will log you out and not tell you to reset password.

Had a little trouble setting them up. Once I figured everything out no problems. The 7 day free recording to the cloud is great with the hard drive backup.

We purchased these wireless cameras less than two months ago, and have had to charge them at least a dozen times! We have tried adjusting the sensitivity, but it has not made much difference. Our home was broken into while we were out of town and not a single one of our 6 indoor and outdoor cameras was active - the batteries were dead in all of them! So while we think we know who it was, we have no proof. What a waste! With a 14 day return policy (shortest I have ever seen), I am stuck with having to purchase adapters to make them hard-wired instead of wireless which defeats the entire purpose. My neighbor has these and loves them, but I am less than impressed thus far.

the only negative to this camera are all the email notifications but otherwise great camera

This was a very quick and easy install. Had everything mounted and set up in about an hour.

I bought this as an add on to my existing arlo security system. I love the ease of set up and picture quality is unbelievable !!! I have 4 came now and plan to buy more in the future.

This camera has made us feel so much better about the security of our home and family. Whether we are home or away we can always know what is going on. So glad we made this purchase.
