There is a significant lag between real time action and and the video feed. It records well after programed, which can take a minute. Even though it comes with a home base and four cameras, it doesn't come with four chargers or mounting stations. You have to buy accessories. I suggest the solar charger for outdoors.

Very easy to install. App walks you through the process. 1080p video is crystal clear, even at night. Have them all mounted outside (bought the pro mounts). Highly recommend.

After a bit of research, this product was chosen as it checks off all my needs, it’s wireless, has local storage with an external add on and the batteries are rechargeable

It was time to upgrade my wired system. I first heard about Arlo at one of my job sites. The team setting up surveillance had high recommendations on it.

Love this new Pro 2 system! Better audio and video. Easy install. Upgraded from basic Arlo that lasted 5 years. Very pleased with this product.

Very happy with them the only thing is your internet has to be real strong.

The hardware is very good, the app is a bit clumsy, but the integration with other Home Automation products is abysmal. It doesn't work with Wink even though it says so on the Wink site. (I've contacted both Wink and NG about this, Wink says it's a NG problem, BG says they are working on it <yawn>. ) Net Gear says that they work with IFTTT and Stringify, but the IFTTT is currently broken with no date for fixing it (Check the moderated Arlo forum as evidence.) The Stringify integration works, but there is very little you can actually do with it. Don't expect this to be a part of your home automation solution. It works only OK stand-alone you will need to create multiple modes, but the schedule only supports two of them. Does not work with Alexa.

Love that arlo pro. I dint have to worry about replacing the battery’s.

The quality of these cameras is pretty good. But at the high cost, all basic features should work without having to pay for premium subscription service. Like detection of persons, animals, etc., so alerts can be limited to what is desired (like only persons).

Video works wonderful but the audio sound to talk is very faint

Love this product. Have it set up mostly outside with 1 inside. Great recording. Able to set schedules for when I want it to record and send notification when motion is detected.

Wireless but if it’s in a high traffic area then you’ll need to either plug it in or recharge often. I have pets and it catches them every time they walk across the room

It’s good overall but I wish it can hold videos longer than one week for free.

Great camera setup. Didn’t realize how much late night activity with wildlife was present in the neighborhood. One more additional perk associated with home security!

The cameras are super easy to set up and the Geek Squad installed them in less than an hour. They work great and give us piece of mind for protecting our house.

Up graded from the original arlo that I had purchased a while ago. I enjoy the features that the camera’s offer especially the ability to talk!!

Camera quality is not what I hoped to be but it's also not the worst

I purchased this item to monitor things at my house while I am gone. It is easy to set up, works really well with my iPhone. One of the best purchases I have made.
