Arlo recently separated from netgear and released updated software and firmware. They have BROKEN advertised functionality with SmartThings rendering the integration useless. After the community of users called, provided tech info and feedback, Arlo support has now refused to provide any information on if they will fix it. They have started to point to SmartThings as the culprit. They are ignoring requests to make fixes. They believe breaking existing functionality and breaking advertised integration is okay. I’m sad to say that Arlo quality and support is now so bad that after being a user for years and someone that recommended them to others, I now no longer recommend the use or purchase of their products. We CAN’T TRUST our security to a company that doesn’t care about its customers. #ArloCameraSupportStinks #ArloCamerasDoNotTrust

They have done everything I have asked so far the sound could be better

110% regret this purchase. Not sure why this system got such great reviews. Bought this several months ago, and from the start, the cameras won't hold a charge for more than 7-10 days, even on the lowest settings. We have the microphones and night vision turned off, and have them on the lowest quality video setting and extended battery setting, yet these cameras' batteries die within a week of charging. It's super inconvenient and a huge hassle to get the ladder out once a week to take the cameras down and charge each one individually, which isn't a quick process. Do not buy.

Great system for the money would highly recommend great for home or office.

I fell in love with arlo nice picture at night alert phoneyou can talk from your phone and the alarm it louder than a smoke detector to scare people off

After our vehicles were broken into we made this purchase. It's nice being able to keep and eye on things and go back and look at the history.

Speaker on these cameras is not very loud but the cameras are great.

This package came with the 4 camera set along with the Arlo doorbell and motion sensor light. This combo made it quite an exceptional value !

What a great price for so much security and monitoring, and AP2 cameras come with free 7 day cloud storage!

Good product. I reccommend it. It is one that have equivalent features that the periodically payment products and you pay only once which is good.

We have a beach condo, and this system helps us to protect our property. It's also nice to have a beach cam when we are back at home...

We first purchases camera system to be solely outside and monitor the front of our house but since then we have put them indoors and love the two way talk option.

GREAT SURVEILLANCE EQUIPMENT. I REALLY LOVE THE PRODUCT BUT AS A SUGGESTION I WOULD LIKE FOR THE PACKAGE TO INCLUDE AN EXTRA BATTERY SO YOU CAN ROTATE THE CHARGE.

I use these and the Arlo Baby for around the house. They are easy to move wherever the baby is. Very convenient! The cost of paying for recordings is way too high and the app freezes a lot! Definitely needs more refinement. Local storage option would make these a very nice option...but they won't do that.

It's good so far just knowing where to put them is hard but I'll figure it out

Very good quality and video recordings. Easy to install and good response time when motion is detected. I liked it so much I bought a second set for office.
