They are very unorganized and provided me wrong information twice, even cancelling my replacement because they "thought" I received it. So, 3 weeks later, I am still trying to get a replacement camera. The build quality does not seem to be durable enough to withstand the elements for long periods of time. Also if you don't have them plugged in, the battery life is very short.

Thought it was full recording device. Oh! It is for 10$ per camera per month. Rip off after i bought the cameras to find this out. Battery last for a week straight before needing recharge.

Trips on every leaf, bug or even passing clouds. Picture quality at night isn;t very good either.
