After recent theft decided it was time to get a outdoor camera system. Out of all the camera systems on the market this one is superior in setup and lack of monthly monitoring fee's. Their are two down fall's to this system is dialing it in to optimize the actual use of the camera's being out there, for instance if you have sensitivity set to high it will set camera's off on a windy day but if you have them set to low they won't pick up the meter checking guy walking threw your yard. The other thing is distance we have a drive way that leads up to our home and it is hard with the 30ft motion range to get it to pick up cars before they are right up on your home even with sensitivity at 100. Overall though good system and im sure in another 2-3yrs they will be leaps and bounds past these camera's. Battery life even in cold weather pretty good, even with picture quality and motion being on highest settings. A tip for night time surveillance some extra light like a porch or street light helps out tremendously with the night vision

I like everything about the camera, but you cannot keep them on 24/7, we had to recharge them a day after we set them up. So I can only use at night

These Arlo pro camera's work great, the battery last a really long time without recharging and the picture is extremely clear.

Cameras have been great so far! However, I feel like they should have came with the external battery charger for the price. just centrally locate the base station and they should be fine. When I plug them in to charge them, they do not reach the full 100 percent. Supposedly this is normal though. I'm not sure I buy it. I still love them though! They work great with my SmartThings setup!

These cameras are good but the software is kinda odd sometimes.it should be easier to use and the first box I received had a defective battery...Or camera. Not sure, so I had to exchange. Besides that so far everything is running better now that it's set up. I have it at best quality and depending on how many triggers you have a day.. batteries last about a month or more.

I found this to be a great product but have had some issues with my battery telling me I need a new one. Can only working if attached to charger.

We love our arlo system. The image is great to watch our dogs while we are at work or just keep an eye on the house. My only complaint is that you can not individually set one camera on for motion. If im in the house i have to have the system off. Id love to be able to individually turn on cameras so that if there is motion on the front porch, it records.

The lack of zone control on this model is a bit disappointing. Also, I have always experienced audio lag which makes the two way talk feature pretty much useless. Otherwise the quality is good, battery life works well when the motion and audio detection isn’t going crazy.
