This year I decided I wanted to Join the Smart home Craze. I went ahead and bought arguably one of the best routers on the market the Netgear Nighthawk and Upgraded my internet to the Extreme 150mbps Speed tier so It could handle all my smart home needs. I have 2 4K Smart TV's , Phillips Hue , Amazon Alexa , Nest Thermostat and they were all running seamless until I connected the Arlo System. Now my connection is extremely slow and I find myself having to wait 60 seconds to 3 minutes for videos to buffer. Unable to stream 4k Content because it says signal strength too low. Alexa will tell me please check your internet connection. When I unplug the Arlo its like magic everything back to normal. As for the system itself its great , easy to setup and very modern looking. I returned the Ring system for this one and its exactly what I was looking for. Wireless and excellent battery. so for now I have to rate it 3 stars because I cant use it while im home , so I turn it off when I get home and on when go to sleep or leave the house which is really upsetting .

This is a great wireless security camera set. It was easy to install and the picture quality on the Arlo Pro looks goods.

Decent camera for indoor use but not very good for an outside security camera. Doesn't pick up much activity in outside darkness unless it's within 10-15 feet and not at all good to pick up audio noises even in its highest setting where I had to talk very loud within 15 feet of the camera for it to even detect me. Inside under lowlights (night lights etc) it works pretty good aside from picking up audio which really doesn't seem to work to well at all unless it's a very loud noise within a close proximity of the camera. Also camera still needs to be close in darkness to any movement to be able to pick up anything. We have a living room/family room combined which I can sneak through easily undetected and go up my stairs where my upstairs camera will pick up my movement. To summarize it's a good camera in close quarters with decent picture and ok two way taking (minus the delay and an occasional hiccup) but not at all that good for bigger sized homes or outside surveillance use that's more than 15 feet from where you need it to view.

Great battery life. Good camera quality. Have not compared to newer models.

Cameras give clear image with ability to download 10-sec spans of movement. Cameras would be very good for security monitoring near or inside house. I bought cameras to see day/night activity in front & back yards. However, I can have 20 turkeys in my yard at a distance of 20 to 50 feet and cameras are not sensitive to activate recording. A sensitivity setting would be useful.

Easy installation and great picture! Like the features for your phone. Liked them so well I bought a second set.

It’s a great camera but they should improve on the ability to delete recordings ex: I would like to delete the whole day and not go one by one

Camera system was straight forward setup, easy to mount, great clean picture compared to my old setup.

I purchased one base unit with two cameras, and I purchased a few extra cameras for my house, my electric front gate and barns close to my house. I loved it so much I went back and bought a second one for my barn at the back of my property. This barn has it's own phone line and DSL. Both base units show up on the Arlo app on my phone, so I can see what's going on in and around any buildings on my property. I could not be happier!

This really is the easiest low cost camera system out there! Great quality of pic and easy to set up and use!!

Expensive product but performes well. Great picture quality and no wires. Batter lasts about 6-weeks with high traffic.

Battery life is great, the setup was pretty easy and overall I am satisfied with this purchase.

The Arlo Camera system is perfect for our family. It keeps an eye on our doors, driveway and yard. The best part...there is no monthly fee! We get notifications on our phones when the cameras detect motion or noise and we can speak through the cameras from wherever we are. I feel much more secure! Also, the images (even at night) are crystal clear.

I was skeptical to purchase a device like Arlo at such a high price and not knowing how easy it would be to setup and use. I am now a believer in this product and it's simple to use setup and functionality. The hardest decision was choosing where to place the cameras for monitoring. The software and iPhone app are great tools to monitor home safety. Cameras have great resolution and more importantly are wire-free. Glad I picked up the Arlo Pro for the sale price!

The night vision seems really good, clear day time , had issues with charger on first set had to return them and bought warranty for new ones
