I find it very user friendly and easy to set up and place around the house.

They hold battery for a long time with a lot of movement. They are clear as day.

Love this camera system. It works great. Setup was easy and app for managing system is fantastic.

I would like to pick to be able to save to my network location. It gives the option to save to an external hard drive.

The picture is clear with good area coverages and audio.

The cameras were easy to set up and the app is easy to use. The base unit siren is extremely loud and the wifi range is great. Easy to set up scheduled alarm times. Down side I use the a iPhone and after a month (in July) the mic icon dissapread and I can not two way talk through the camera anymore. Hope they fix this soon.

Pros: -Easy set up -Good quality picture -Rechargeable battery Cons: -Priced too high -Alerts do not work correctly. Once a camera is triggered it continues to send you false alerts to your email/text until you turn the camera off and back on again. -You have to take the camera off its mount to charge it. There is no way to charge a battery on its own with the equipment provided. You must buy additional hardware to do that. -The speaker in the camera cannot be heard unless you are very close by. -The company does not support the product after purchase so if you buy it and have a problem, you are on your own. I have owned 12 Arlo cameras and three have stopped working properly. No response from customer service when contacted.

So far I have very few cons. Purchased this due to high ratings. I would say the motion detection could use some work but other than that this system is worth the buy. Picks up audio well and video is pretty good. Motion detection could use a upgrade as far as distance to detection. Alert are very timely and the alarm is LOUD!!!!!!! I repeat the alarm is L-O-U-D!!!! I found out the hard way lol. I do recommend this product.

Took it out of box,setup was simple,downloaded the app on my phone in no time, I prefer the charging batteries over battery replacement because this camera will activate anything moving charging is easy.you get 7 days of video keep on the app or pay the $9 month for 30 day keep and it's up to you I'm going back to Best buy for 2 more cameras to add on ,you can add up to 10 Arlo is good

Bought it because it is 100% wireless. Works well. 1 of the 4 cameras kept going offline after 1 hour. After 2 weeks of back and forth with Netgear they sent me a new one. All cameras work OK now. Very easy set up and management of the cameras. Setup all 4 cameras in minutes. Proper positioning takes some time and patience.

Easy set up and battery life is longer than expected.

Easy setup. I had to buy some tapcons to mount a camera to my block house outside. I bought a third party company's mount and silcone skins and they seem to work fine. Haven't had them long enough to see battery usage. Haven't tried geofencing yet either. Video waulity is good and night vision seems to work well also

Quick Easy set up! Works better than I imagined. Can easily set via mobile from where ever your at.

Great camera set up for a beginner, very easy to install and picture quality is very good!

During and after an extremely hard rainfall the exterior camera did not work, the picture was unviewable. Also, the motion sensor was inoperative. I took the camera down, dried it off, then the picture returned but I could not recover the motion detection which had been very effective prior to the storm. Sheltered cameras remained effective. Cameras were returned to Best Buy for full refund.

The Arlo Pro is a good security camera. It has a great quality picture, but the timing on it is off from when it picks up on movement. It is delayed before recording starts. It would be better if you were able to zoom out more to capture the surroundings better. Some of the features are people are hard to recognize as well.

I’m very happy with the Arlo system. The batteries seem to last a decent amount of time, which depends on how much you keep them on, but I get 2 to 3 months on a charge. The cold doesn’t seem to affect battery life either. I especially like 1-week of free storage. That system works very well for me, since the typical things that sets-off my camera are deer at night or a truck going by.

We bought this for monitoring outside of our home. Setup was super easy and video quality is good.

This product is the very best security system on the market. The wireless cameras with solar response is a blast. No more wires—yay! Thank you Netgear for setting the mark!
