Easy install and setup, had trouble with one can out of box called and arlo customer support replaced it overnight.

I first bought the Canary security cameras but exchanged them for Arlo cameras. Customer support is much better for the Canary but the performance of the Arlo is better and the batteries last much longer as well. Only problem is at night time when the Arlo is triggered by motion it keeps recording a lot of additional times.

Easy to install. Works great but does send a lot of notifications to my cell until I limited it to one main camera.

This camera is easy set up and clear quality and gets a far distance with clear look!

It’s a good system. It works well. There are some app issues that could be fixed but all in all it’s a pretty decent product. I really wish there was a better way to charge them. They should be wireless / magnetic charging. Plus, when I put them back up from charging them, it’s always a 10 minute ordeal on where they were pointed and then adjusting them from there. One thing I would add is the ability to have it geofence but still record while I sleep. Right now I have to manually arm and disarm them when I leave and come home and then when I go to bed and get up. If I could just set it to record while I’m away from home AND record from, say, 9:30pm to 8:00am, that would be perfect. They are overpriced in my opinion. Especially if you add the subscription service fees (optional). I understand they are high priced because they are technologically advanced but if they can go on sale for $100 off then their price can come down a bit for everyday sales.

Picture, sound, and clarity is crisp. Love it! The only issue we had is that for some reason it needs a reboot of the base and it is located 2 hours away. We called the support # and they said that we can't do it from the mobile app or website which is not convenient if it's located at a property that you rent out. It is really nice. The app works well other than the reboot issue. Hopefully it doesn't happen again.

I purchased the arlo system and been a user for 2 months now. Its easy to set up and very accesible from your i-phone or other device. It sends an alert everytime it detects movement and starts recording for a few seconds so you can montior the activity. The system is very customizable and very user friendly.

All camera's last about 3 weeks before a half hour full charge. Clear pictures and sound. I have all under enclosures but one..that one gets little rained out but mostly clear...I am going to put v-shed top over it to correct this....love the cameras, they show day and time on each, in history and they give you warning on phone when triggered...so you can see what is happening....

Great camera system. It was easy to set up and pair to my phone. Love that I can keep on eye on things when away.

Put these up at my office. I know when my employees get to work when I am not there. It is better than a time clock. Also use Arlo at home to check on deliveries. The saved clips are a feature that I could not find with any other security camera. Battery has lasted and hardly loses its charge. A very useful product.

When the cameras are working they are great and provide a clear picture and sound. However they seem to go offline pretty often and I need to perform a full reset to get them back on. I’ve had them for three months and this is my fourth time doing a reset. Arlo Customer service is awful because the wait times are always 30+ minutes and I’ve never actually gotten through to anyone.

Connecting to camera for LIVE mode takes too long in my opinion. There are also times when the camera is "Buffering" for too long. Night vision gets blurry/worthless in the rain. The system has an alarm, but the siren is located on the receiver in my office, not the camera itself, where it would be MUCH more valuable.
