Great camera Super easy to use No complications

My wife was concerned over a burglary in the neighborhood. We got it and she has felt much better about being able to do things like answering the front door with the microphone on the camera so she doesn't have to even open the door. The battery life for each of the cameras has been impressive. It has been 3 weeks and it all of them are still within the 80-90% range.

I love my Cameras. They are very easy to install and the video quality is excellent.

Overall the system is good. Had difficulty in getting the setup ready with using arlo mobile app. However was able to set up when I Went through the website and added the base system and camera to the arlo account. Was able to operate through the arlo mobile app after that. The camera has a long battery life almost a month or so. Also Visually pleasing.

This product is super easy to install and exceeds my expectations!

My 4 camera Pro set works well. Not yet set up outside home but plan to locate 3 cameras on exterior of home eventually. Could do without delay in pictures.

This is a neat self contained camera system. Everything you need is included in the box including its own WiFi base system. These camera's sync with the base station (which has a really, and I mean really, load siren) and that is how they communicate. The base system connects to your internet via Ethernet. I am assuming the base station runs on 2.4 band as I have a very large coverage area in and around my house. The batteries for the camera's are fully charged which is good (see cons) and sync and setup is fairly straight forward and I encountered no problems getting the cameras attached. By default the Cloud service is free and will store 1 week of recordings up to 1GB and allow up to 5 camera's I think. If you need longer retention, more recording space or camera's they have a variety of plans to cover you. You can download the records yourself to your computer or phone so the free plan will meet my needs. The motion detector and night vision work and work well. The web service is really good about sending e-mails with a picture right away if motion is detected. You can use the app to fine tune everything. The app will work on IOS or Android. If you don't have one of those any computer/device with Flash can be used to view live recording or admin the cameras. One of the first things I did after set up is create my own profile for arming/motion detection. I find the camera handy to let me know when the kids are home as I get an e-mail right away with a picture. I can communicate via a mic on the camera, but its fairly weak I find. But its good enough inside. The camera's are indoor/outdoor, but I'm a bit too cold where I am to allow them to go outdoors right now. Still its nice to know in the spring I can set it up to catch the bear in my area. So far I've had the camera's on for a week and the battery is still holding strong for my limited use which is good. Overall I am liking this system I think it works great and covers my simple needs. Now onto some of the cons: 1. Only one charger is included. It would be nice if they provided two so I could have both camera's plugged in if possible. 2. There is a slight delay in connecting to the cloud service to connect back to your camera's. Depending on your Internet speed (ie you phone out and about) it may be up to 15 seconds before it will start showing what is happening live on the camera. 3. It is a cloud service. It is free, but things change, so plan according that support for these camera's could stop in the future. I don't mind since these camera's are wireless I'm not investing much in setup in and around my house. Keeping those cons in mind, this is a great simple system to setup and get some live camera's covering your house quickly and easily.

Local police said that you only need 720dpi to be able to recognize images, so we went with this system. Quick and easy set up. I had mine up and running within the hour. I like that I can schedule when to arm the cameras. I only wish that the programming had a 24 hour clock.

Love it - 4 cameras that video record with sound and talk back. A little pricey but you get what you pay for. It even records if a bug walks across the lens!

Summary:- System has been running for 1.5 years. Setup is very easy and the magnetic bases a great idea. Picture quality is good and app keeps improving. No wiring and roughly 6 months of battery life. One camera went out for a while, covered in the details. Details: - I got the system, despite my wifes reluctance. She's a slow technology adopter. Once I set it up, which took an hour including hanging the cameras, we had view of the doors and driveway. I installed the app on my wife's phone and within minutes she was comfortable with it and actually used it. Since installed we've discovered a lot of wildlife, watched parcels get delivered, contractors come and go etc. The only issues I've had. On the first charge, it has a standard USB, so I hooked a camera up to my phone charger and that ticked it off. It refused to take a charge from that point on. So take note USE THE PROVIDED CHARGER. Good news is, if you leave the camera to die and let the battery continue to drain for a number of weeks, it all resets and works again. Also had one camera stop working in night vision, and the same discharge trick cured it as well. All in all, very happy with the system, and a few friends and neighbors have purchased the same, based on seeing mine.

Cameras have sharp quality and keep a battery charge for a long time.

Bought the Arlo pro system after having a vehicle stolen from my driveway. The cameras were very easy to set up and connect to my phone. I can look at any of the cameras at any time from my phone as long as I have a signal. Get alerts any time that motion is detected in the field of view. The video that the cameras record is easily downloaded and shareable directly from your phone.
