Perfect entry level security and monitoring for my 3 and 5 year old

These cameras are fantastic. So easy to mount, the batteries last a long time, and works seamlessly with the phone app. No subscription fees, either. Once you buy the package, you pay nothing else. Very very nice.

Overall ease of setup and usefulness is a plus. Image quality at night can be grainy; sound quality is harsh. For what it is, it really does a great job.

For the first of 4, I have to return them about 4 months used. One of them was bad. After I replaced 4 of them, they are working fine. Arlo is very good product.

Since the installation of Arlo I am more at ease to know my house is secured at all times and the ease of recharging when battery is low makes it simple for people like myself who is less technically savvy.

Bought system for my mother thought it was great so I just bought a second one for myself. Very easy to use took less than an hour to set up System and four cameras. Great phone app notifying you of any activity at the house

Our inside camera is great. No complaints. Our outside camera has a bad battery life due to the fact that if there is any sort of movement (like a door shutting) it starts recording. I would get like 50 notifications a day. The good thing is you can change the settings but either way, the outside battery will die within a month or two because of all of the movement. It charges fast though. Decent video and settings are able to be changed based on your location and preferences. Overall happy with the purchase.

Would give 5 stars but hard to get signal thru cbs walls. And house to big to central location to work. Good daylight but not in dark.

Video quality can be poor from time to time and motion detection is sometimes delayed. It is easy to install and battery lasts long

As advertised, the Arlo Pro system is easy to set up. Both physically and electronically. The app is great for controlling and monitoring. If you need to see what is going on somewhere when you aren't there, this is a great way to do it.

First, I am the IT Director of a mid-size agency with multiple staff and locations and I manage three security camera systems. I purchased the Arlo for home use as I didn't want to have to run wires. It was easy to set up and configure. Video clips start long after the motion should have been detected. For example my wife pulled into our driveway, parked in the garage and walked out to the mailbox at the end of the drive. The video didn't start until she was halfway down the drive to the mailbox. Her car didn't even appear in the video at all. This is on a camera that has a clear and unobstructed view of the drive from a position centered 6 over the garage door. Live view is very slow to connect. The PC interface uses Flash - which insecure, obsolete and will shortly no longer be supported at all by any browser. In one case, I got a notice of motion being detected, but the clip didn't show up in the library for over 20 minutes. I signed up for the premium service but that made no difference in the ability to capture video. A big part of the problem appears to be that all video clips are first sent to Arlo servers to be analyzed to see if there really was movement. This might be useful for a person with a small house and very fast internet service, but I wouldn't count on it.

The camera system was an eye opener on how much activity was happening in the yard and areas covered by the cameras. I found the cameras to be very revealing. Only problem I see is there is no way to keep information from going onto the cloud.

We have had no problems with this system. I was concerned about battery life when we first purchased it, but so far we have only had to recharge batteries once (we've had it about a month and a half).

After doing our research and reading a ton of reviews, my husband and I decided to go with the Arlo Pro System. So far we are very happy with our purchase! The image on the cameras are sharp! I feel very safe at home when home by myself!

We bought this camera when we were going out of town and wanted to make sure our 17 year old didn't get any ideas while we were gone. It works great. A little lag but not much and I like the fact that I can talk thru the mic.

Using this system remotely, I was able to video and provide evidence for apprehension of criminals breaking into my parents residence. It alerted us and we were able to get law enforcement there in minutes despite living 3.5 hours away.

Done installing in less than 10 min, very happy with this product

I got these cameras for security reasons and I feel safer already!
