Cameras have a slight lag. So you have to position it in way we’re the sensor detects mostion at the time you want it to. Once you get that then it’s good to go

This product works great. The hub is a big upgrade from the original version. Rechargeable battery can drain fast at times but overall I enjoy the product.

Good quality pictures and video but the limited distance for sensing motion is a little disappointing

It has night vision and clear view and sound Love the notifications and it’s nice to see my kids coming home safely. Live feature is great too. I recommend it.

This is an excellent product so far. The suction cups are not good however it has nothingbyo do with functionality of camera!

Awesome system. Have mine scheduled to activate during my routine away times. I turn it on manually for off times. Batteries go months before needing to be charged.

This has been such a great asset to our home security!! It's easy to use and was very simple to set up. We have already Bought an additional camera and plan to get at least one more.

OK system, 7 days without subscription unless you select a q camera that is capable of continuous recording. If you want continous, there is a subscription required. These cameras have a delay. Anywhere from a few seconds to a minute or more based on sensitivity. No matter what you do, they won't record very much time. Setting is useless because it won't go over 30 seconds. Battery life depends on how much the camera turns on . Mine are mild use so after 20 days they are on 80 percent. If camera records video of any kind there is an additional delay before it will continue and record on going motion or sound. Which means you might get a glimpse of someone walking through the door or you might not. Or you might get their backside as they are leaving. There are also delays to notification. Can be hours before you get notified of anything, sometimes it is only 10 min. Which again is too late in most situations. You can live view anytime. Which is good. Overall, I need the base station to get the q cameras and a subscription to get continuous monitor. Debating on returning product for a different system. The wireless is great for set up. No time at all. If they were half the money, I would keep them and add more cameras. Because they are not, I am not sure if I will keep them. Lastly. No way to reset system remotely if you are away from home and it flakes out and gets off the network. Even if other things are accessible remotely on the network.

The system was relatively easy to set up. So far we are pleased with the camera system. We prefer to monitor our own home.

Camera worked great for immediate need we had for a camera. We are still using it outside and works well.

I love my Arlo system, in fact this is the 2nd one I bought. I love the fact I can view on my phone in real time. Very clear picture and sound!

Arlo pro camera's are easy to set up, had them up and running in about a half hour. Customizing each camera is a little more involved. Overall, very satisfied with the system.

Video quality is good, love the phone app. Batteries get used up a little quickly in areas with lots of motion/movement.

Nice that it is wireless, but there are many consequences of having that convenience. First of all, there is no constant recording. There is some lag from when it starts recording. It sometimes only catches the tail end of someone walking by. There is a long lag from real-time to what you see in the "Live" view. Sometimes it does not connect at all (using the android app). I am not able to connect from the web interface at all. When I get notified that there is motion captured on one of my cameras, by the time I open up the app, and it connects to the stream of the time-delayed action of the live view, I think over a minute probably has passed, by which time, someone would have left the scene. Finally, of course, you must deal with changing the batteries periodically. I have had my four camera set for about one month, and I had to recharge one of them already (using default settings). The others are still holding fine, so I'm going to assume that one just was not fully charged. Outside of that, I am a little disappointed with the integration with the Arlo Q. Other than using the same app, I feel like they were made from different companies. The settings are different, and you cannot use the Arlo wireless motion sensor to trigger the Arlo Q recording for example. Also, the integration with SmartThings leaves a little to be desired. Other than being able to view the live stream, it doesn't seem to give you a lot of control. I hope that will be enhanced with future updates.

These are great. I have been surprised at how long the batteries are lasting before a recharge is needed. This may change with summer coming. My whole family loves them.

overall good cameras for price. picture quality good but not excellent esp. when zooming into spots

This was a great product to get. Not bulky and has a great battery life. Connection time from phone to home unit is a little slow but well worth the value!

Love this security system. Easy setup, my husband was able to do it. Enjoy watching the dogs while I’m away from home. Have 4 cameras and will be adding a couple more.

It took me this long to write a review because I thought the product would have issues after a while. Had it a year plus and I’m happy to say it works great.
