check internet reviews before buying: Problems!!!

Push to talk does not work with iPhone. This is still a problem and has been a problem since the release of the first Arlo series. 2. Customer Support is remedial. 3. You can't connect a DVR so that you can bypass the cloud recordings. Your recordings are in the cloud. Not happy about that. For $700.00 more you could hire a professional to install a wired 4 camera system with a DVR (1 to 2 TB) surveillance system installed. Once Company fixes these these three major problems, I will give higher rating. Observations about the camera camera can be moved -major + setup is quick and easy- major + No push talk- doesn't not work - major (-) visual is clear but you can't recognize faces - what's the purpose of the camera if I can't see faces clearly. major (-) battery in camera is finicky- sometimes it charges, sometimes it doesn't

Battery doesn't last as long
