disappointing response time

The app will notify me of motion and will fail to connect several times before everything finally connects (WiFi, microphone etc.). By that time (more than a minute) the people at my door have walked away. Very frustrating.

Happy beyond expectations

I wish the videos were a bit longer after they start recording, but I am using the free version of the software and I have not yet tried the subscription service. This system is easy to set up and understand. Arlo has a good support page and forum where my questions have been answered. I hope to be adding another camera to my Arlo "family" soon.

The picture quality is great, night mode is fairly good as well. I would say where these cameras do not perform well are the time it takes to turn the camera on and record when motion is detected.
