Wasn’t sure about battery powered cameras but they work great Easy to install and use

This was the easiest and most simple set up of a wifi camera. The most user friendly app

We bought this to monitor an elderly parent that is living with us. They are mounted near entrances to notify us if they attempt to wander. The only issue we have is charging the battery is difficult. we finally bought a charging station and rotate the batteries and solved that problem. inexpensive fix.

Love the camera BUT now I have to get different mounting brackets PLUS solar panels for recharging and ALSO have to pay AGAIN for their installation. IF ONLY the salesperson had told me I needed to upgrade to these two things I would not now have to PAY for new installation PLUS have new holes drilled in the front of my BRICK house for the new brackets. The mounting brackets that come with the camera do not allow for full monitoring of the area where they are installed and now I have to get a ladder and charge the batteries every 2 weeks and then get a ladder and put them back up. I am 80 years old and have NO business on a ladder 2 times every 2 weeks. Why don't your salespeople tell us what we need at the time we buy the camera. The installers told us that they run into this problem almost EVERY TIME. Please educate your salespeople.

Great cameras... worth the money easy to install and the app is very simple to use.

The system is very easy to set up, and is easy to monitor online. You can set up Notification by text or email, on one or several cameras. My only real criticism, is that the motion sensor is not sensitive enough. I had it set up in our family room, and often they were the move me but the camera would not notify nor record that movement.

We use this system all the time when we're away from home. Pic quality is excellent. Works flawlessly!

The camera system was exactly what I wanted.....HD, remote control/viewing and wireless....completely but it just didn't perform like I needed it to, it would loose WiFi often, had connection/set up issues. Battery life was fair at best and I could only get 2 of the 4 cameras operating simultaneously.....just wasn't reliable.....and underperformed in my opinion and i think the high $$ was partially, just expected mire. In defense of the system, my WiFi connection almost certainly played a role but it was still 2.4ghz and according to the gentleman I talked with at Netgear that was and is the ideal setup. Anyhow they just weren't up to my expectations for the amount of money spent. I'd seriously research this whole genre before purchase as I did and felt good about the purchase but ultimately ended up with a Nest system and it has worked better from the very beginning!! With that said I still think it's a good product and would still recommend giving it a shot.

I purchased the Arlo Pro not really knowing what to expect. The wireless system is fantastic with great wireless range and excellent clarity. The camera options include both sound and live video, plus you have the ability to turn them off and on remotely, thru the app. The app works great on any computer or smart phone and I would highly recommend this system to anyone that truly wants to know what is going on around their property or home.

Makes the family feel a lot safer. Easy to use. Great value.
