Great purchase..

Also my wife was able to set up scheduled camera on/off cycles to help reduce wasted battery time....its actually a lot of fun since I back to open space in the Sandia Foothills in Albq, and I am always a little paranoid about larger critters..

Like the application/not the camera

However the battery was drained within the week and the promise was three months. Also it drains the battery on the phone if you're using the application. And it is really only good for overnight use not when there's a lot of activity.

Good camera when in range.

It works great when in range of the base station, but you need a strong signal for it to be reliable. It did not work for my situation, however if you are using it at close distance I think it would work great for most people.

Not to bad

It is great to keep an I on the kiddos while I am at work. The system has an alarm that can be activated remotely. Then you can talk to whomever is in the room. Kind of fun to wake up the kids withe alarm and the give them their standing orders for the day.
