Don't buy this product. It does not work. I purchased this security system about a month ago and set it up in my vacation home. I also purchased a new router that was recommended by the tech at Best Buy to support it. All of the cameras were inside the home and close to the router. I was able to add the 4 cameras to the base router and they worked for about 1 day. Then they started failing one by one for various reasons. The first failed because the battery fully discharged in one day but showed full charge when installed. The second camera sent me emails every 30 seconds (not exaggerating) when there was no movement in the room where it was installed. I had to turn it off so I could use my email for other things. The third and fourth went offline (i.e. couldn't be accessed by the system and couldn't receive any video.) The only way to fix a camera that goes offline is to uninstall it and then reinstall it manually. Since the cameras are intended to provide remote security, this is impossible as I am not there to spend full time trying to keep the cameras on the network. I finally uninstalled all of the cameras, fully charged them and started over from scratch. I reinstalled the cameras. I was able to reinstall 3 of the 4. The fourth just wouldn't show up in the software but it appeared to be online. The next day they were all offline again and not working. I returned the package to the store. The product is just not ready for market and does not work. This product is a great concept if it worked, but security cameras that don't work are useless for security or any other purpose.

Long battery life, with a single charge can last for 45 days. Great features.

I was very hesitant to get a security camera system that was wireless. I’ve had this system for over a year now and absolutely love it. We travel a lot, and love the app that goes with it so we can see what’s going around our house while we are gone. We have dogs in the backyard and can keep an eye on them at any time!

I gave it 4 stars because I had one camera go bad and I had to return it to Arlo. The return process was very difficult but they did exchange it. Be prepared for loooong phone times and being disconnected several times. There were some language barrier problems with the customer service too.

We purchased 3 Arlo Pro cameras. The installation was very easy, the picture is great. One of the nicest features is you can easily bring each camera inside and charge it. The charge lasts a long time. The app is easy to use, easy to turn cameras off and on and view the pictures in the Library. Totally happy with the purchase.

Good system, little bit of lag time when using app. But great quality cameras

Definitely recommend to anyone. Picture is very clear and alerts are great!

These have been great, added a USB HD to store videos locally, which was a little tricky because I had it formatted wrong, but once that was fixed it worked like a charm. Was out of town this weekend and was able to remotely check in and see all the cameras live and hear audio. Probably going to add a couple more cameras to my setup.

I love the Arlo Camera. You feel secure, safe and protected.

These cameras work great and resolution is really good during the day and the night. The only problem with Arlos is that you have to recharge them every few months. It wouldn't be a problem if the cameras were in an easy place to take down and put back up. However, when the cameras are outside you have to climb a 8 ft ladder to recharge it, it is not that fun.

Good Product and excellent picture quality. Plan to add more arlo pro cameras.

Easy to use love this product! Have purchased 3 of these.

I have these attached to trees outside of my home, so I didn't have to drill into the house. Everything works great. Only issues is the amount of times a leaf or branch will blow through and causing a notification. I like the free service able to record just enough for my piece of mind.

Best thing feel same safe at home and when I leave I know my house is secure..
