Easy to set up, video resolution is very good, alerts and detection is good. Battery life is ok, weeks not months. Now the bad. Although it triggers on motion and sound is good the delay to real time viewing is too slow. The mic to speak is too soft and it functions like a walkie talkie which means you can't talk and hear at the same time. Making this feature useless to hold a short conversation with the UPS delivery person. The magnetic mounts for out door use is not useful because it's too easy to be remove by someone. Charging the unit is painful because you have to dismount the unit because the charging port is next to impossible to connect to while it's mounted. You can't charge the battery by itself unless you buy the extra charging station.

Meh - not amazing. Battery Life terrible. - I did not max out settings, picture quality is normal if not less. - record time is low, around 20 seconds. - I've had the units about 1 year now. Battery life has dropped significantly. - cloud backup is awesome. - recording doesn't start right away, takes a moment. - quality isn't bad at 720p. Frame rate is acceptable. - only PRO allows you to set zones. - CANNOT use different USB wires to charge the cameras. MUST use ARLO wires and chargers. Very stupid. - Easy to set up. Not hard. - Cloud User Interface is okay.

I actually had high hopes when I purchased these cameras, they have night vision, they are wireless (huge plus), you can pull them up on the computer or phone at any time. However, I am disappointed because they do not pick up through a window at all, the range of movement it picks up at is not as great as they say they have, the night vision is a little lacking. If you want these as just regular indoor cameras I would say they are ok and super easy to use, but for the price I would expect a lot more which they are trying to sell but honestly they are not as impressive as I wished for. I will probably just keep them for indoor security because they are wireless and portable but I will still have to put up my other webcams in the windows to monitor outside the house.

the Carlo pro is an excellent camera once you get the quirks out.

I got this to watch my animals because I’m gone 12 hours and sometimes they get into trouble and I never who starts it. But it will also come into handy with the subscription free 7 day cloud. Other than the 3 second lag, I do not regretting this purchase.

This was very Easy to setup and cameras have Good wireless distance.

This is a great system; user friendly, cost efficient and reliable.

I like the system. I do not like the idea that I am limited to 5 cameras steaming. Would be nice if you could have more. But 5 would be the max that I would need. Overall good. Just don't like that you need a subscription to get all of the features.

great camera system for beginners. was easy to install

Works as advertised. It does what I need it to do. Set up was easy.

Only give a 4 star because the speaker doesn't work, the other half didn't hear me at all. But other than that the clarity, quality works very well. I would like to see one that the camera moves side by side and a button on phone that allows you to move the view.

Picture quality in darkness is not very good and one camera seams to switch between color and black and white mostly at night. If u get solar panel for outside cameras be careful where u Mount them although they need to be close to camera.
