Arlo was the only brand I looked at knowing that other family members and friends also have Arlo and it's what thwarted a burglar from entering my daughters home which was seen from neighbors who had installed theirs that very day and prompted my daughter to also purchase the Arlo afterwards.

Good Setup for Camera and Protection

Would be nice if you could have more. But 5 would be the max that I would need. Overall good. Just don't like that you need a subscription to get all of the features.

Works fine for gate security

As such, I had to aim it at primary gate only. (Originally planned to view another nearby fence, as well). I like ability to view & delete remotely, and that alerts come via text & email.

Great camera security system

When I am away the cameras notify me that someone is at the door and allows me to tell the deliverer to leave the package on the porch and keep an eye in the package. Provide a great field of view. I recommend this system to anyone wanting to upgrade their home security.

However the features are free. That's the difference maker. The cameras are high quality and rugged. Mine survived a two story fall into the driveway

Great DIY System

Ordered it online before leaving work, picked it up on the way home and installed all 4 cameras and the router in around an hour. Quality is not too bad for wireless cameras.
