Installation and syncing of 4 cameras was very easy, system performance very good ( I'd like some enhancements of camera scheduling) but overall very happy. After 3-4 months batteries needed charging. Charger not working, after a lot of internet searching with little success I found a customer service #. On hold for over an hour. Finally got thru, guy had me test a bunch of things and he decide I have a bad charger, case opened, should have it in 2 to 5 days - called again after 9 days, had a 45 min wait. They said system issue new case opened and another 2-3 day promise. That's tomorrow or next day. I received some emails on my case this time so Fingers crossed

Easy, easy, easy

It works well and I love the fact I can view movement anytime on my front porch and back deck - even to a bird flying within range of the camera angle. Whether I'm home or not. Such a good purchase.

GGreat device to see what's going on in your house

It's fun to watch our dog and she walks around the house and looks out the window and lays on the couch all day. Looking forward to getting some outside cameras to see what's going on outside in the evenings or during the day while we're not at home.

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am very satisfied with my Arlo cameras and it works perfectly for me. It is very easy to set up, only problem was that traffic on my driveway was heavy and i need to replace battery very frequently and because that I bought solar panel. Now is much better with that.
