Overall a good buy

Does the job but I’m in a high traffic area and triggered alerts every 10 minutes even at the least sensitive mode. Recommend as a deterrent and simple security. If you want high tech pay for it with a professional install and set up.

Worth the money
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall the camera were a breeze to set-up and the app is easy to use. My only compliant is the cameras are not real-time recording. Meaning, there is about a 15-20second lag between the real-time view. Would purchase again.

Good wireless camera

If power is lost to base station the cameras stop recording and cameras must be taken down and reset manually. But when there on they do exactly what there supposed too.

Luckily it was a good product that I had researched, or I wouldn't have bought it after having listened to the salesman. He did not know anything about the product and when I have some specific questions he tried making up answers. So from now on I suggest you educate your salespeople on the products they're selling

Good camera but pricey.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I previously owned the initial Arlo camera and was satisfied except for battery life of expensive CR123 batteries. I bought these Arlo Pro's because of rechargeable batteries and ability to run on ac power. Not real happy the battery charge only lasts 4 or 5 weeks with average motion When I plug the charger in the usb cord interferes with the spin nut of the mounting bracket...poor design. Picture quality and motion delay are average among camera's. I would have expected more from these expensive Arlo Pro's. And customer service stinks. They make you feel like they are doing you a favor by helping you. I have since learned there are other battery operated wifi camera's available.
