Installation was a straight forward and as the instructions stated. Read a review that mentioned positioning the base several feet from router and modem and found this to be good advice. We have had some very cold temps and the system and batteries seem to be operating acceptably.

Hi I bought this Arlo pro 2 indoor and outdoor wireless security system camera to protect my office from thrift and criminal.it’s great camera with clear pictures and video/voice recording with night vision. Thanks.

Overall I am happy with arlo. The motion and audio sensing are a bit finicky but not too bad. There is no better wireless system. Don't forget to buy a hard drive to back up data. Arlo cloud is too expensive.

Very well made, they have all the features you can ask for a camera system that alerts you when someone is walking around out side. You can see when your kids come home. And it's all recorded to the cloud.

Although I haven't installed it, I unpacked it and read the instruction for installation. I believe anyone with minimal computer and handyman skills can install this camera along with Wi-Fi connection.

These cameras are great. They were easy to get working, took very little time. What surprised me was the system set up a separate Wi-Fi network. The cameras have very sensitive microphones and pick up the smallest sound. They have made our lives easier to care for an elderly relative.

Great camera overall, but I wish it would continue recording when I switch over to live instead of waiting for me to press record. The two way audio is not that good, needs to be better without losing connection, it’s affecting the overall quality

Made the purchase using the description on the box. It was enough detail to make in informed purchase. Very easy install, downloadable app and easy set up. The cameras were mount and play ready out of box. Will buy additional cameras to complete coverage.

We like these cameras except that we need to point them where they aren’t facing a tree branch that blows/moves in the breeze or where the dog runs. Most of our notifications are for those two things.

This system was easy to install and setup although the battery life is not as long as they say they are. I get about 2 to 3 weeks and then they have to be charged. Overall it’s a great setup.

We bought this for our business after the Ring system wouldn't work with our internet service. This was an excellent choice and while set up was a little more difficult than the Ring system it functions very well and is exactly what we need to monitor our business.

We purchase this because we have an autistic 4 year old and we wanted to be able to record his behavior so we could review it with his doctor and specialists at school. It has helped us as well to look back at and see how we have interacted with some of his behaviors and ours.

I really do like the Arlo Pro cameras. so far no problems. the batteries last a long time. I left them on for entire week on 24/7 and it was more than 75% full. The images are clear the voice also is clear. I recommend this product to the public. very easy to set up and use.

These cameras are great. The option to speak through these is my favorite feature on them. The ease of use and setup on these is also a wonderful benefit. I would highly recommend these to anyone wanting that additional security in their home.

The arlo system was returned this last weekend for a variety of reasons. We actually finally got the alert texts working after a very much copy pasted email from support that did not address my issue and two phone calls to arlo support with some solid language barriers by the one receiving the calls. Who would of guessed "live chat"'support could solve the issue in under 5 minutes. We also had one of the copper looking pieces in the battery compartment of the camera loose straight out of the box which soon stopped showing battery life as well as a notification that the camera was charging even when it was hanging on the wall. There would also be random issues with camera connection even though they were within 20 feet of a base station and 20 ft of a 5g wifi router with full signal. "Live feed" would not load a variety of times as well as glitchy pixilated recordings at random times. Not to mention by the time the camera's actually started their recording after a hit to motion detection, the item it was noticing is probably half way across and almost out of the camera range by then.

bought it for work. Carries the signal a distance of 300 ft plus. easy install, took me 5 minutes knowing nothing about it. downside is the shots from the cloud are a little slow to load but thats ok at least I have the shots. I will probably get one for home. Buy it !!

Easy installation as these are wireless but batteries do not last that long and when you install them high you have to climb up the latter to charge the battery.

Tthe Arlo pro system and app have worked great over last month. Clarity of cameras is good. After app update from Sept 10 the app seems to be much smoother. Would buy again.

I love this camera and have recommended it to many of my friend. The picture quality and audio are awesome, not to mention the infra red night time visual and the battery only needs to be charged every three weeks!!! I would continue to purchase this product

Was not easy to understand how to set it up but after a day or two we did it. Wish you could disarm and arm each one individually.... Quality is very good!
