The Arlo Pro is a great start to home security. Set up is easy especially using the Geek Squad. Syncs with your phone so that you can easily do a live check on your home. The additional features are a nice perk too! I feel that my home is more secure now.

We have Arlo for monitoring houses and really like these since you can hear and see in real time what is going on in the area of the houses. We really like these just wish they had an upgrade policy for the old cameras so we could upgrade to this new camera.

This camera is placed outside my front door. Anytime someone approaches the door, it records and alerts me via my phone. I can immediately review the video. Easy to delete unneeded videos.

Easy setup and was easy to mount cameras as I used outdoor double sided tape to mount them. For the magnet holders. Worked great so far. It’s been over a month.

It is very convenient looking at the cameras from my phone. I can speak to the dog if he is misbehaving and I have pictures of a burgular who entered the house when we were not home. Definitely would recommend the Arlo system.

Great wireless security camera. Does lag a few seconds before it start recording but overall it's good.

Was a breeze to setup, free cloud service is a great feature. App works well, and integration with IFTTT and the Amazon Echo make this setup top notch in my book. Oh, and BestBuy price matches Amazon, not a lot of people remember this wallet saving fact.

The only down side is a little lag between motion activation and msg. But for peace of mind it's awsome!

If I had any other service provider other than satellite services it would work a whole lot better but since that’s the only carrier they offer in this area......

This system is great and we got video of someone attempting to break in. The police were able to identify and utilize the footage for court. My only complaint is I didnt price this item on Amazon as it is less than half the price and has an extra camera!

I wish the cameras had a farther reach than just twenty something feet.Also they go fuzzy when it's raining. Other than that, clear picture in the darkest night and clear in the daytime.

I bought this set for my business and it has not let me down when there is someone on the premises. I wish there was a way to record 24/7 but it would burn the battery too fast.

We have not had a chance to install these yet, however checking them out just in the house they seem great. I have had wired CCTV cameras before and I hated all the wiring. I am for the first time ever actually looking forward to the install.

I have to say that this system was very easy and simple to set up. Download the app (iOS or Android) and just follow each simple step. My system was operational in 10 minutes. Now, mounting the two cameras outside took a bit longer, but I placed them on objects temporarily to see how they would work. All the needed hardware comes with the purchase. The base station is attractive and doesn't take up much space. You run the power cord to it along with a CAT 5 cable to your router or extender - a WiFi network is required since the cameras are wireless. The cameras are weatherproof and compact. They switch to night vision automatically and are motion-sensor-ed into action. They pick up audio as well and you can talk through your device to someone outside where your camera is. Any video clips taken are uploaded into the cloud so you can review them. You will also receive an email alert if you like anytime a camera is triggered. The cameras record in 10 second clips. Of course, all these features are customizable either through your browser in the web portal or through your iOS/Android smartphone, or both. You can adjust the motion sensor sensitivity for each camera, turn on or off night vision or sound plus set the camera resolution. The cameras offer full HD resolution. You can even set the base station to sound an audible alarm when one of the cameras are triggered. My experience with battery charge has been very good. I've played with the cameras in real time, they've been repeatedly triggered through motion, and the charge remains high on each after several days. Eventually they will need recharging. In that event just pull the camera from its mount (strong magnet in the camera holds it firmly to the mount) and plug it into the charger that comes with the purchase. Again, my experience so far (in some pretty cold weather too) is showing me that I probably won't have to actually recharge a camera for weeks; perhaps longer. You get notice when a camera needs charging. You get free cloud storage for your clips up to 1 GB. You can buy different storage plans that are reasonable for anyone wanting more storage. You can even have your cameras record to a SD card in your computer, but I haven't had to set that up as yet. So far, I check my stored clips when I see that I have some and simply delete them if I don't need them. I really don't think I will have to buy cloud storage, but I can see where different people in different situations may have to do so, or set up their system to record to the aforementioned SD card. Good system, easy to set up and does a really good job.

This is a great security camera. I have setup 4 Arlo systems for friends & they all love them. The Pro is a great upgrade with Audio recording & microphone. Rechargeable battery is a great addition.

Simple to install and use. Cameras work flawlessly and have been in use for over a year and thru upstate NY winter. Easy access via smartphone or tablet. Motion detection range could be longer.

It is nice to spy on my family and keep an eye out for intruders who should not be around my house. It is possible that i could catch my daughter sneaking out or a boy sneaking around....my daughter gets grounded and the boy gets 2 broken legs!

The cameras work great, but only one power cord and adapter are provided. If you want to charge more than one camera you have to buy another battery and charger. At this point extra adapters/cables don't appear to be available from Netgear and the adapter is a dual voltage adapter. To replace the battery after charging the camera has to be removed from its mount which means you have to reposition it every time. The rechargeable batteries and audio are a nice improvement from the original, but the charging/battery access needs to be improved.

Love the arlo pro ,but i noticed that the video quality is not 720p anymore. Arlo is decreasing the quality for the free storage. Bad arlo bad....

Had set up issues with software when first installed bu they had a fix out very quickly. Able to set up different functions and alerts as needed and can do it remotely.
