These cameras are great! I feel very secure knowing that I can see what’s going on around my house.. the audio works great, and the charge lasts quite a while!

The first 2 months I had these, they worked flawlessly. Then, they would suddenly go "offline" and I would have to reschedule them once a week. Now, I can't even get 24 hrs if outside in Coastal Georgia 60 degree days. The battery doesn't drain, the signal just goes. I resented everything last Thursday and put them up around 7pm. By noon the next day, I had to re-do it. Calling support a few months ago they blamed the issue on having the solar charger hooked in saying the system had issues with the trickle charger not keeping up with current draw from the camera. So they claim (this is BS) when plugged in, it tries to run off the charger and not the battery. Tried calling a second time and they ran me through the same troubleshooting. I'm abiut to throw them it and buy me some good old fashioned wired cameras and install them. Their forums are LOADED with customers having the same issue - mine are 25 ft from tbe base station. When inside, they stay online. Take them outside and they go to s**t. Save yourself the headache, keep looking.

So far so good! Just started using and seem to be good. Speakers could be louder and clearer.

There are.lots of features that would be nice, but to be fair you cannot compare to ADT or COX wired systems.

Arlo product was easy to set up. Easy to figure out how to set it up and how to monitor it remotely. Sound and picture was good as well. Able to delete videos as well.

Great cameras. Only downfall is the mounts don't allow for much of an angle. Also the motion sensor is to touchy.

Battery dies after few weeks. Very Poor Support. The camera will not charge the battery, and you will have to spend hours on the phone to explain to their support why and how. Very poor quality product and over priced. Buy NestCam instead of this Arlo Pro, as I was hoping that this would be better than the Arlo line. Stay away from Arlo if you need a reliable security camera.

I am happy with this security system because it is very good and it picture everything and it notifies you when someone passes by or anything

Took a little to learn what I need to do, to adjust it.but not bad.cameras are easy to set up.captures videos great.

I had tried quite a few different cameras to keep an eye on the property and these ones by far were the most expensive and the lamest.... And with the additional bonus that someone could just reach up and snatch them because they're just held on by a magnet made them very easy to return... Not to mention the picture quality was embarrassing.

Bought this to keep an eye around the house. Love this brand and the product. Recommend it to all my friends. Easy to install and very user friendly.

Really like are cameras but when it gets below 0 out sometimes they freeze up- but really happy with them otherwise!

Researched for weeks and decided on Arlo. Decided to splurge for the wireless pro and it was worth it. No subscription fee was the ultimate factor over nest. Love it.

Wanted to watch the house when gone or when we are home too. Love arlo. Easy to install...did one, but need for snow to melt so that we can best mount the other camera.

I really enjoy the Arlo system, very easy to use. I can operate it from my phone for up to the minute updates.

Good but not great as the software has bug, when it is code but not extremely cold, it shows low temperature battery

The cameras work great. Wish they had a little more clarity but not terrible. Function well.
