This is a great way to provide home surveillance. Make sure to have at least 5mg upload speed to have clear 2-way conversations. Perfect for my needs!

Overall the camera was easy to setup and provides notification very quickly when it detects movement. I will be buying a second one in the near future

After researching several systems, I decided to try Arlo. The camera quality is good and the set-up took about 5 minutes. I'm happy with this product.

Very easy set up. It comes with basic instructions but the app nicely walks you through each step No need to run wires The motion sensing works well after setting the right level and seem to capture events accurately.

I did a ton of research when looking for cameras and I thought arlo was the way to go. These are extremely slow - when we get an alert it takes almost 2-3 minutes until we can actually view it. Only 1 person can look at a time. We bought blink cameras for our office and they work so much better.

I've owned Arlo security cam before. This one is the Pro edition. As always they have delivered in the security cam department.

Arlo Pro by NETGEAR offers an elegant, truly wireless solution to security. The 2) High Definition 720P cameras included with the base in this package are each powered by a removable, rechargeable Li-ion battery. Picture quality is excellent & each camera can be located quite a distance from the included hub. I cannot find a weak point within my 5,000 sq foot house - including outside on the porch or on the deck. Each camera includes a powerful magnetic wall mount, adjustable to view at any angle. One power adaptor & cable is included to charge a camera / battery when needed. With typical use, the battery is estimated to keep it's charge for several months! These cameras are super easy to set up! Basically load the app on your phone / iPad, plug in the base & press a button! The motion sensitivity is amazing! I set a camera on the front porch, parallel with the street, which is about 60 feet from the house. Each passing car triggered an email alert. Playing the captured video back, you could easily see the car color, make & model - and immediately recognize which neighbor was driving by! I own 4) competitive 1080P security cameras for which I pay $250 / year to monitor the 4) with a 10-day Cloud storage. While they deliver a slightly more detailed picture, they each must be plugged in to the wall to operate & if you lose power, you lose the picture. On the other hand, these Arlo Pro cameras are very close in resolution to those 1080P cameras, feature automatic built-in IR emitters for night vision up to 25 feet away, are self-powered by an internal battery for true security, and feature a very easy to use App. A HUGE money saving benefit with Arlo Pro is FREE 7-Day CLOUD STORAGE for up to 5 cameras!! Once you buy the cameras, you are set & do not have any additional costs for monitoring! My uses include: 1- Front Door Cam 2- Front Door Side Profile View Cam 3- Deck Cam 4- Patio Cam 5a- The 5th camera will serve as a portable, carry around camera for short term, temporary use. When I smoke meat, vegetables or cheese in the Big Green Egg, I can sit this camera in front of the optional digital temperature controller to read smoker set point & actual temp reading anywhere, using the Arlo app, with multiple users. 5b- When we are away, place the 5th portable camera in the cat tree to keep track of our kitties' antics. These Arlo Pro Cameras won me over & I give them my highest recommendation!! I plan to buy 3) additional Arlo Pro cameras to utilize the maximum 5) Free Cloud Storage very soon!

This is a great product superior to the Arlo. The mic is a little to good for its own. It picks up conversations from inside the house when they are outside

This is a pretty awesome camera!! I like how you can change the sensitivity for audio and motion too.

The system works like I was hoping it would. When you walk in the house and set off the alarm, it's loud and can be heard from outside the house.

Got this for my house and later added more cameras. If more than 5 in your system you have to pay for service.
