Hate them!

I have 4 one of them is always offline and never connects. The other 3 im lucky if they connect and when they do they are like 20 secs behind which doesn't seem like much but when I need to watch my autistic son that's to much. The batteries die in less then a day. Sometimes the night vision doesn't work so it's a black screen. Their customer service people are rude and horrible and blame all the cameras issues in you or your internet. Which I pay for 400 so it's not my internet

Now I am having issues with my base being offline frequently. My base sits next to my modem and my modem is connected to the internet. Trouble shooting has not provided a solution. When they are working properly the give a nice crisp video Resolution.

THEY WERE EASY TO MOUNT AND GIVE REALLY GOOD CLARITY FOR THE PRICE I PAID. INSTALLATION & SETUP WAS A BREEZE. THE APP NEEDS SOME WORK. BY THE TIME I GET EMAIL NOTIFICATION - TOO MUCH TIME ELAPSE BEFORE NOTIFICATION. ALSO, NOTIFICATION WOULD BE BETTER IF IT WOULD SEND A TEXT TO MY iPhone.

Beats paying a monthly monitoring fee
