great security system, got instant alert from the phone and email.

I purchased this for my parents to keep check on them.

My first two months with the Arlo Pro was great, then I had to charge the batteries. I followed instructions and used the provided Arlo charger. First camera would not fully charge, It said that I did not have a factory authorized charger. The second overheated and said it had to cool down before use. Never got over 30% charge and the charge would be gone within 1/2 hour. Very Very hot so I took out the battery and tried to use camera with the supplied power cord. Again camera became to hot to handle. I have had success charging one camera and it was cold through the whole process.

Very good camera and monitoring set. Would recommend to everyone.

I have a generation one sell in my business. Bought this one for home. Camera will not connect to the base. I've rebooted. Updated everything. Spent hours researching online. After a month, still doesn't work.

Perfect for my need, it is easy to install, operate and use.

There is a huge delay before video actually starts recording. This causes the video to miss, sometimes completely, events that are happening or pictures of who is on the video. By the time it actually starts recording, the person(s) is already past the camera and you never see who or what it was. I had times when 10 videos were recorded and only once did I actually see the person setting it off, the other times, it was just shadows of the passerby or their back as they walked away. Approximately a 6-10 second delay before actual record.

This camera was easy to set up and easy to operate.

The Camera resolution & Night vision is good. I like the motion sensor and the ability to see what is going on in my house at any time using the phone app. The Voice while using the mobile app isn't the greatest.

Initially I was impressed with the functionality of the Arlo Pro system. However, I've recently started having full screen ads pop up when I go to view my cameras. Once it was urgent that I viewed a camera immediately due to a motion alert, but I was delayed by a pop up ad trying to sell me on some service upgrade. In my view that's totally unprofessional. I need something reliable and ad/operational interference free. I wouldn't mind receiving email notifications, but this is unacceptable. Won't be adding anymore cameras, and will be looking for replacement options.

Bought for wife's grandmother and she absolutely loves it!

Would recommend these are great cameras, especially for outside
