Camera was easy to set up, has a nice and clear picture. Had to go online to figure how to adjust sensitivity but that was the hard part.

I purchased the package with the Arlo base unit and 4 cameras. During initial setup, two cameras set up quickly, but I had issues with the other two. I had read reviews before purchasing this, and since there were relatively few HW issues mentioned, I assumed I was doing something wrong. After spending several hours on multiple camera resyncs, repositioning the router and cameras, switching batteries between units, etc., I was fairly confident I had 2 faulty cameras. I sent an email to Netgear tech support, and it took almost 2 days to get a response. The response asked me to repeat all the steps I had already taken. I then sent a detailed email describing the steps again, then called on the phone. The rep was pleasant, and told me he would ship 2 replacement cameras. After 3 days, I only received one camera, which I was able to sync and have online in 10 minutes. I also didn't receive a return shipping label, so I guess I was expected to pay shipping. I called Netgear support again (on Christmas eve), and they agreed to send out a second camera as well as prepaid shipping labels. Today I received the second camera, and also had that one online within 10 minutes. It took 13 days from the date of purchase to have everything working. Other than the rocky startup, I love the system, The ability to place cameras anywhere without wires is fantastic. The motion sensors are fairly accurate, without too many false alarms. The night vision is great! The web interface has some quirks, but i've already seen at least one of them get resolved, and I'm sure the others will as well. I like the fact that videos get uploaded to Netgear's public cloud almost immediately after recording. It's also possible to save recordings on a local disk, but those can't be viewed unless the disk is detached from the Arlo base unit. It would be nice to have the ability to save the videos to a network share, or have the Arlo unit ast as a network server so videos could be viewed from the local disk without detaching it. I would like to see Netgear speed up their resolution time when HW issues are experienced, and also offer NAS support for locally recorded videos. Other than that, I highly recommend this system

Great and convenient security cameras. Hi def picture quality. App is user friendly and very easy to set up. Adding more cams soon.

The Arlo Pro system was simple to setup and mount. The app works great. The only issue is the small delay before the recording starts, but this is typical of battery powered units. To conserve battery life, they are not "always on". The sensors are always on when Activated, which tell the camera to turn on and start recording when they sense motion. It takes a second or two for the recording process to begin. Keep this in mind when placing your camera so the person/object you are recording is not past the camera when it starts.

For a wireless camera system, I only have to recharge the batteries once every 3 months. I have realtime video feeds. Good night vision quality, sound, mic, etc.

This system is awesome. Easy my to install and start. I added a local hard drive for storage. The battery life is great. It's been up for o little over a month and I'm still at 70% or better.

I did a ton of research before I made this purchase. No other products on the market today can match the picture quality, battery life and the one week of video storage in the cloud.

This wire free camera is awesome! I get instant notification from any motion or audio detection. Love the two way audio too! 720p clear enough for me. Would definitely recommend this.

Works as advertised. Even with slow internet speeds (7down/ 1Mbps up) it works. Should be even better when we get high speed. Batteries still charged after more than a month with frequent use

Cameras connect to Wi Fi fast and battery charge lasts about a month since I have had no need to recharge from date of purchase and installation which was 5/27/19.

Great camera system. The easiest I’ve ever used both in terms of operation, set up and installation. A bit pricey but great value for a digital wireless system.

One of the easiest products to set up if you follow the directions. Crisp clear picture and several customizable options to each camera. Highly recommend if you are looking for a camera system.

I have one week with the cameras. It took me 30 min to setup the cameras really easy.Great flexibility to tell the system when to record base on movement or sounds.The two ways audio works really well to "interact" with my pets.I added a HardDrive to give more recording space, easy to setup.

So far I am enjoying the product. They have come in handy in keeping an eye on my place while I am away. I need to take the time to look in to all of the features available with the device, but over all a good purchace.

Clarity is great. Battery life not so much or night vision. Very easy to set up and does what need it to do.

I absolutely love my Arlo Pro cameras. They are easy to use and monitor and have great image quality. I was able to get a great deal on these cameras from Best Buy.

Very easy to set up and use. HD is very crisp. I'm using the system to monitor my elderly mother who lives alone. Having Arlo is providing real peace of mind went I can't be there in person.

The wireless products look nice and solid and easy to setup and install but pricey. I would recommend this product. The downside is the package is 6 camera but Netgear/Arlo only allows you to view 5 cameras live. If I knew this early, I would buy the 3 camera package from Costco to have 2 base stations and to avoid the problem. Another drawback is the live video and sound have some delays, especially when you are far away from your home. I hope this is helpful for those who are considering of this product.

Happy with how easy they are to install. Works great and feel more secure with cameras around the property.

I decided to purchase this over the newer Arlo Pro2 because this has been proven to be more reliable. I read a lot of the reviews to be sure it would be difficult to hack and what where other people have problems with. This seems to be still the best system until Arlo update all the bugs.
