The Aroma 6-cup rice cooker, with a removable pan is the perfect size for me, and the non-stick interior makes clean-up a breeze. I have used a rice cooker for many years, and it is still working for over 20+ years. However, the lid and bowl is aluminum, so I could not see it cooking, and rice always stuck to the bowl, making clean-up a pain. It was also a large one, up to 8 cups. However, I wanted to retire the old one as it is probably no longer energy efficient, and I got tired of soaking the old bowl. I have many reviews about the Aroma brand from multiple sources, and decided to get the 6-cup one - and I could not resist its red color. It also comes with a steamer basket, which I have not tried out yet (and did not include it in the picture). For anyone looking for a smaller rice cooker, this one is it. The only difference with this new cooker is that there is no on/off switch, as it automatically goes into warm mode when it is plugged in. Then again, when I cook rice, I always start cooking it immediately after rinsing it and putting in the water. PS, I am receiving reward points for my review, but that does not influence my review.

I made Puerto Rican rice in this rice cooker, it was delicious and tasty. I recommend this cooker.

We use it for everything; steaming seafood, veggies & eggs, cooks rice, make soup, and even stir fry. It's like a steamer, slow cooker, frying pan and hot burner in one. Sending one with my daughter for "college dorm" cooking. Better than microwave!!

For the low price point, this is a great choice for a rice cooker if you're on a budget or just don't care for the extra useless features that the other more expensive models bring. An extra PLUS with this product is that you can also steam veggies WHILE cooking rice. OR just veggies by themselves(just make sure to fill the black container about midway with water). I definitely recommend this product.

With little water, can steam broccoli & green beans in little time. It's healthier since vitamins and minerals are not wasted in the water when you boil the veggies. I have also used this to steam buns which makes it moist compared to when warming up in the microwave. Perfect size rice cooker for me.

This rice cooker is perfect for a family 0f 4 people.. Rice is always perfect. The color livens the kitchen. Easy to store inside a cabinet. This review is being written 1 year after I purchased this Red rice cooker. It is still working and looking great!!

I was looking for a small inexpensive rice cooker and this does the job. Can easily be tucked away, not too bulky. I like the fact that you can steam veggies at the same time however pay attention to the veggies because even though the rice may need 20min to cook the veggies may not and can become overcooked. Cooker also came w/ a handy little rice cooking guide for exact measurements. Happy w/my purchase.

This is an excellent rice cooker. It works amazing for making rice and also steaming a small batch of veggies. It also keeps them warm for the night as an ongoing snack.

This is really cool rice cooker, easy to clean as pot comes out. Cooks rice really well and easy to handle. Great value for money.

Stainless steel version is my choice. Works the way I expected. Doesn’t take much space. Simple in operation. Better than some of the more expensive models.

Great and fast rice cooker steamer is a plus. And the black stuff does not peel off if you use the plastic utensil it comes with to serve and to clean

It's so easy to use. I love it. Makes the perfect amount everytime. Although not many veggies fit on the top. Perfect for a couple.

I have had this model before. After years of use I gave it to my daughter when she left home and got a fancy rice cooker. Not only I paid twice the price, but also the attached lid was very difficult to clean. The Aroma is simple to use and clean. It does the job with perfection.

It's really awesome. I bought tons of aromatic Jasmine and Basmati rice to test this out. It works well. My home smells great. The only issue is that it can overcook the rice so you should watch it. Perfect small portions of rice made perfectly. Jasmine smells better. Rice is made perfectly and you can make fried rice easily from this rice.

Easy on and off function, makes rice quickly and doesn’t take up much space on the counter. Comes with fitted steamer plates and serving spoon. Perfect for what I needed!

This product is Nice. Can quickly cook Rice for 4 members. The Quality of the Inside container is Good. I liked it. Small in size and hence easy to transport. Can be used for Outing or Trips. Even My wife use to heat Milk for Coffee and the performance is excellent with that as well.

It's really simple to use and it makes a perfect amount of rice for just my wife and I. It doesn't take up much space at all which is great because we have a very small kitchen.
