Assembly was easy. Chair is honestly pretty premium to me and the only thing I can say is I wish the arm rest were matching material to the chair. Honestly though for $250 you can't beat it. This is my first gaming chair and man I needed this for years.

Super soft, extremely comfortable and still supports lower lumbar. If you have cats, I have found that they don’t claw at this chair, which is usually the bane of my chairs existence. Overall 100% recommend I wish I purchased two of these instead of the Corsair leather chair that I also purchased through Best Buy. 5/5

PROS + Looks and feels great - like a performance car seat with the soft touch upholstery, bolstered seat, and firm support + Design and firmness prioritizes posture and support + Feels solidly constructed & sturdy. It is surprisingly heavy + Wheels glide very smoothly with no resistance or jitter + Effectively a silent chair, no creaks or groans when sitting, adjusting, or moving + Nice and tall back fits perfectly for my taller frame (6’5”) + Neck pillow is nicely positioned and comfortable, with adjustability + Reclines very far backwards (almost a full 90 degrees) + Really nice hex wrench included in the box CONS - Frustrating to assemble, particularly connecting the back of the chair to the base without damaging the fabric - Magnetic plastic frame covers feel cheap and don’t connect well - Softouch upholstery doesn’t extend to the armrests, which are a simple hard plastic - Lower back pillow is too firm for me - Lacks minor customizability options that would go a long way (seat thigh extension, seat width extension, lumbar support firmness adjustment, tallest seat height is not quite tall enough for me) SO-SO * Not a one size fits all chair, you may need to go in expecting to trial it and find if it fits right for you * Chair is on the firm side, which might not be ideal if you like a softer seat, or are playing for very long gaming sessions. I never was uncomfortable, but your mileage may vary depending on your body type and tolerance * Not a ton of breathability in the fabric, so if you game hot, you may find this too warm. Was not an issue for me, but I run cool * Upholstery may be tougher to clean than less premium materials SEATING QUALITY & MATERIALS On the whole, for me this Arozzi Toretta gaming chair works very well and fits a lot of my needs, but it is not perfect, and I think more than most chairs, your mileage with it will vary depending on your body and preferences. While I don’t think this needs to be a one size fits all chair, it is definitely designed with maintaining support and posture first (while looking good doing it) and maintaining comfort second. This is most apparent with the fact that the seating tends towards being firm vs “soft” or “plush”. This being said, I wouldn’t call the feel of the seat as “too firm” or “stiff”. The best word I can think of to describe it is “supportive”. This isn’t a seat you are going to sink into, but it is soft, with good padding and bolstering. It is a seat I would have a hard time slouching in, and I think is exactly the purpose. I am tall (6’5”) and bad posture is one of the bad habits that I am always fighting. This chair is the best I have used for fighting that habit. It has a tall back which is great for me (and is a common issue I have with other chairs), and its structure means I am usually sitting upright, and comfortable while doing it. I have used this chair while working from home for a full day, gaming for 2-3 hour sessions, and while I am currently writing this review, and at no point was I ever uncomfortable, or felt like I was putting undue pressure on my spine. The only thing I really don’t like in this regard is the lumbar pillow, which is what I would call “too firm” and feels like something I am fighting against when sitting for longer sessions. You can move it up and down easily, but I really wish they included a second slightly softer pillow in the box, or added an ability to adjust lumbar support dynamically. Thankfully the neck pillow is the opposite, being just the right level of softness while still supporting my neck when leaning back. Speaking of which, you can recline very far back, which is nice, although given the firmness of the chair, and how tall I am, I could not see myself taking naps in the chair. In terms of materials, the soft touch upholstery does look and feel great! It covers the majority of the chair (the seat, back, and pillows), and stays surprisingly cool for what it is. I tend to run cool, so it was never an issue for me, but if you do game with shorts, skirts, dresses, etc., and tend to run hot, you may find the fabric works against you as it is not mesh or breathable. I also have never dropped anything on it, but you will also likely want to keep some stain remover and/or upholstery cleaner nearby, as I can see this getting dirty if you were to drop food on it. I do wish the upholstery extended to the armrests though. It feels lacking just using standard black plastic armrests, and while this may be deliberate (maybe for the warmth reason I mentioned above), even making them swappable to use hard plastic or fabric based on your preference would have been nice. They are fine as they are now, but feel lower quality compared with the rest of the chair. Thankfully you can widen the armrests, rotate them, and adjust their height. Although, I think the narrowest position for them may still feel a bit wide for some people. On the whole, I really like the seat quality and materials you get here. I think it lives up to the branding, and is perfect for me. Just be aware of your body type, preferences, and what you find comfortable. If you need a wider seat, are larger/heavier, run hot, or prefer a softer seating suspension, this is less likely to be comfortable for you. ASSEMBLY & BUILD QUALITY I pride myself on being able to assemble almost any furniture, and don’t get deterred by a lack of instructions or unclear directions. This being said, I got fairly frustrated assembling this chair. It is not complicated, there are really only a few pieces to assemble, all of the screws are already in the chair where they need to be, so you just need to take them out, slot the pieces in, and re-screw them in. You also get a really nice hex wrench tool that I was surprised they included in the box given how few screws there are (and I will definitely be adding to my toolkit for future builds). What was so frustrating is that the instructions are IKEA style, with no words and just pictures, but the pictures are not much help as they don’t really match up with the real pieces all that well. Combine that with the fact that the pieces themselves are fairly heavy and don’t lay flat, and I would absolutely recommend building this with someone else. I did it by myself (which probably made this more frustrating), and while it was pretty easy to intuit or guess what went where and how, putting the back of the chair on the seat was very frustrating. You have to slot it between metal arm frames, line-up the holes on both sides, screw it in, and then put cheap magnetic plastic covers over the arm frames (which I could not get to slot in correctly at all). I slightly tore the material trying to do this by myself since the metal frames easily scratched the soft fabric you are needing to squeeze between the frames, and combining that with the fact that the seat can’t sit flat while doing this, means you really need two people to do this safely without risking damaging the back. Even with two people though, this design could have been better, as it is easy to scratch the fabric accidentally given how tight it needs to be. In the end, it didn’t take me long to assemble by myself, but it was frustrating, and really should be done by two people. Don’t make my mistake, be patient, use a friend, and you will be better off. Thankfully the actual build quality of the chair is outstanding. The heaviness that made it hard to assemble speaks volumes for the actual sturdiness of the materials, and I have had absolutely zero build quality issues. It feels as premium as it looks. WHAT COULD BE IMPROVED ON In the end, this is a very good chair that is edging on the side of greatness, but is held back by some small but very useful things. It is not very customizable, so the kind of person who will like this chair is more specific than it needs to be. If you could just adjust the seat with a thigh extension (for tall people like me), a width extension, adjust the lumbar support firmness, and allow the chair to go taller, it would be almost perfect for me. None of these are deal breakers, but they would help a lot. As I use the chair for more time, we will see how my opinions evolve, but after a week of use, I am happy with what I have here, and I hope they continue to improve on the product for future iterations.

Great Feeds solid Subdued but nice appearance No squeaking or flexing sounds Backrest feels strong with no flexing Soft touch materials Includes good quality wrench for assembly Smooth wheels Armrests adjust front to back and rotation Tilts 180 degrees Solid tilt locking mechanism, no flexing Suspension bottom Adjustable large lumbar pillow Adjustable head pillow Decent amount of room to spread your legs Includes assembly gloves to keep your hands clean Not so great Armrests aren’t 4D adjustable Armrests set to wide and only go wider No adjustment locks for armrests Soft touch material picks up stains easily Foam cushioning too firm for long gaming Lumbar pillow too aggressive No lumbar adjustment Pillow doesn’t adjust very far down Magnetic covers fall off easily Holds more heat than leather or mesh Setup 9/10 Setup very easy with the process only taking a few steps. The bolts for the seat back are already installed so you remove those before assembly, but the base has a bag of bolts. Included are white assembly gloves but even better is they include an actual good hex head wrench for assembly. It’s not the small hex wrench you constantly drop and have trouble tightening bolts with. It long with a proper handle so that you can get good leverage to fully tighten the bolts. The bolts don’t feel like they are made of soft metal that easily strip so you can tighten them down a reasonable amount, so they don’t back out from use. The plastic covers for the brackets for the seat back pop right on with magnets. They seem nice but do fall off with the slightest bump. Build Quality 8/10 The chair looks aggressive without being obnoxious. The soft touch fabric looks like suede but with more of a cloth feel. The base is plastic but has a thick reinforcement ribbing. The wheels are thick plastic. The seat cushion and back rest are foam, but not memory foam. The bottom cushion is suspended from elastic bands. The back rest feels like it has a solid metal plate inside keeping it from flexing but short of tearing it apart this is only a guess. The lumbar pillow and head pillow are foam and attached with elastic bands allowing removal. The armrest bottoms are metal while the extensions and armrests pads themselves are plastic. The armrest pads have a slight amount of cushioning. The armrests adjust up and down, front to back, and rotate. They do not have in and out adjustment. The height adjustment has a lock, but the other adjustments do not. Adjustments 4/10 While the main adjustments like chair height, seat back angle, and armrest height have solid mechanisms with locks. The rest are basic with only plastic detents or elastic straps. For the armrests these plastic detents mean if you adjust position in your chair and light bump or touch the armrests, they will lose the adjustment you have set for rotation or the forward/backward setting. The armrests do have rotation, but only about 5 degrees left or right. This would be fine if they had 4D adjustment allowing you to bring the armrests closer. They are set wide leaving you to make a choice of what to compromise. You can either use the armrests and only have access to the keyboard for WASD and your other hand is only for the mouse or skip the armrests completely. This is the case for a full 100% keyboard too. Go down to a 60% keyboard and the armrests do nothing. They could work for FPS games assuming you have inventory mapped to the mouse scroll wheel but anything needing both hands on the keyboard, such as RPG games, means the armrests are useless. This is worse if you use it for typing for things like homework. The armrests are set 3 ½ inches wider than a 100% keyboard. You can adjust the armrests using the bolts under the seat, but the adjustments only go wider. It almost feels like the armrests are an afterthought, never used for gaming, or built for a very large person with a massive keyboard. For reference, I am 6 foot tall and 215 pounds and I feel I am on the smaller size for who this chair is designed for. The lumbar and neck pillow have some adjustment, but options are limited for the class of gaming chair this is marketed as. The lumbar is a thick pillow that slides up and down on elastic straps. In this class it is normal to have an adjustable lumbar dial so this option feels a bit dated. The head/neck pillow is thin and has as small amount of adjustment by sliding it up and down on the headrest. If you prefer to use it as a neck pillow or are even slightly short the pillow doesn’t go very far down and feels a bit too thin. If you don’t want the lumbar pillow, you can use it as a thick neck pillow by sliding it up to the top. Comfort 7/10 Comfort is a mixed bag. The soft touch material feels nice but can hold more heat and be hard to clean than leather or mesh. Surprisingly it holds less heat than you would expect, but it definitely holds heat. While the seat cushion is foam and suspended on elastic it is a firmer foam and the elastic quickly bottoms out on the metal subframe. The foam is not super thick but seems to bot a good balance of softness without being too soft to get your body out of alignment. Sitting for an hour or two is comfortable in a reclined position. I can’t speak for someone who sits for 2+ hours gaming. After 1 or 2 hours I like to get up for a snack or walk around a bit. I prefer to sit slightly reclined. I find the lumbar too aggressive for this. Removing the lumbar pillow is comfortable with the right amount of back and seat cushion but too little neck support. If you are the type that sits vertical, you may find the seat cushion a bit too firm with the lumbar and head pillow size feeling better. Overall, it feels like the chair was trying to please more than one crown and ended up with compromises for both. The chair can recline a full 180% degrees but, short of sleeping in the chair, I can’t think of a reason to use it. I have never seen anyone game while fully reclined. That said, if you want to recline all the way back and kick your feet up it feels feel very comfortable. Final Thoughts The Arozzi Torretta gaming chair is a well-built gaming for taller people. It could use some further refinements in the adjustments to match the class of gaming chair but overall, it still feels like a quality product. If you are larger person looking for a sturdy gaming chair, and don’t mind the shortcomings of the armrests, this chair could be a good fit.

Bestbuy Selling and Older Version NOT 2023

I was told by sales people online through customer service support that this chair is the new 2023 edition which supposedly has fixed many issues with the prior edition. This is the OLD ONE, and retailers such as Dell are ETHICALLY selling the 2023 edition for the SAME PRICE as Bestbuy. The main issue with this chair is that it only supports 220 lbs and the base is made of plastic unlike the newer 2023 edition where the base is aluminum metal. Moreover, the old edition has hard and rough edges of the seat making it uncomfortable to sit in it for long periods. The 2023 supposedly has fixed these cons and Bestbuy is wrongfully advertising that they’re selling the new edition. For example, one can look at the specifications on this product listing on Bestbuy and it says “Holds Maximum weight capacity of 265 lbs” which is what the NEW edition can withstand. This one holds 220 lbs is plastic and the older model. Unethical business practice by Bestbuy, should’ve ordered from a different retailer who is selling the NEW for the SAME exact Black Friday sale price.

Game in Comfort for Long Sessions

I wanted another desk chair that would be a different kind of comfort from an office chair, something I could use to sit back and relax in while playing games but still would hold up in long sessions of use. I’m often in front of my desk either for work or play for about 16 hours per day, so having different options for sitting is a must. Pros: - Easy assembly, it took 15 minutes from opening box to sitting in chair. - Comfort over long periods of sitting. - Adjustability for sitting position. Cons: - Arm rests are hard. Assembly: Arozzi makes assembling your Torretta Supersoft Upholstery Fabric Gaming Chair painless with 14 steps easy to follow steps, it only took roughly 15 minutes from opening the box to sitting in the chair. Arozzi goes the extra mile to give you a premium feel by including a pair of white gloves and a fancy rubberized hex wrench. Like, I’m actually excited to keep this hex wrench for other projects compared to the “tools included” hex tools that are usually included for assembly. I greatly appreciate Arozzi’s consideration of small details really adds to the quality feel of the chair. Another nice touch is how all the required screws are already in the places where they need to go, it makes packing cleaner and doesn’t leave you guessing if you have the right placement. The only hiccup I had during the setup, which is why Arozzi includes the gloves, is when putting the chair back on the bottom I scratched myself on the metal side supports for the back. Be careful, as the edges are sharp and use the gloves. For the last step of the chair assembly, if you are alone, you might want to put the chair on its side to make it easier to align the chair and the base. Otherwise, find a second person to help quickly align the base support column with the chair bottom. Features: The Torretta Supersoft Upholstery Fabric Gaming Chair lives up to its name, with the upholstery fabric being super soft. The fabric is closest to a suede but not as stiff. The black coloring and simple logo on the pillows make it very unassuming and simple, which I appreciate from a Gaming chair. There is plenty of give in the seat and back, but the included lumbar and head pillow is very much needed to give the right support during longer sessions. The pillows can be adjusted to sit where needed, as both are just attached with straps that go around the back of the chair. This chair has a lot of little features that really make it stand out, I don’t often see these features on gaming chairs none the less on chairs at this price point! The “3D” armrests really do adjust in 3 directions from Up & Down, Back & Forward, and rotate. This is extremely nice for alleviating wrist strain by aligning your arms to rest at the right height and angle to your mouse and keyboard. If you sit back while gaming, this might be less important, but I found it very nice while working. Arozzi is not joking about the recline on the backrest for the Torretta, it really does go back 165 degrees, to the point where you will probably fall backwards if you’re not careful. With the ability to lock the angle of the backrest every 4 degrees, you can find your perfect angle. Paired with the 12 degrees of tilt at the base of the chair, the Torretta has an amazing degree of adjustment. I found myself setting the backrest to 12-20 degrees from straight up with the minimum tension on the tilt, which gave the chair a nice bit of a rocking if I pushed off the ground. Experiment for your perfect settings, just be mindful of what’s behind you. Comfort: I was a bit skeptical about the design of the seat at first, the bucket seat design usually doesn’t bode well with me, but I found the Torretta to be quite comfortable. I’m at my desk for most of the day, often for 3-4 hours at a time with short breaks in between getting up for another cup of coffee or a bathroom break. During these long sessions, I didn’t feel the normal discomfort I would have with other gaming chairs I’ve tried. Even within the first day of use, I noticed my posture was better while working as the seat forced me to sit up, and after work I was able to lean back by reclining with ease. I do not usually find “Gaming Chairs” to be all that comfortable, but Arozzi has me convinced not all are bad. The only uncomfortable bit I found about the Torretta was the armrests. Though they could be repositioned, the material used for the armrest is quite hard and causes my skin to have that sticking feeling if there is any humidity in the room. This is a simple issue to address, by getting some armrest cushions for them. But this would be one more nice small touch for Arozzi to consider for future chairs. Conclusion: I’m really enjoying the Arozzi Torretta Gaming Chair, I’ve been using it since I received it and don’t think I will be switching it out to the office chair for a while do in part to how comfortable it is. We’ll see how the chair holds up for daily use between work and play, and if there are any additional improvements I need. I’d suggest this chair for any gamer who likes to lean back while playing and wants a gaming chair over an office chair, but still want to be comfortable during longer sessions.

Like any gaming chair, the Torretta has its strong points. The fabric feels soft and luxurious, the chair sits at a good height for taller gamers, and I didn’t hear any squeaks or creaks during use. There are two different adjustable support cushions for lower back (lumbar) and for the neck. In addition, gamers could recline a full 180 degrees if they wanted to. On the flip side, lack of adjustments in the arm rests, the inability to ‘rock’ back and forth, and a so-so comfort level on the cushioning might be turn offs for some. Comfort 4 out of 5 stars: Any chair that you are going to sit in for long periods of time needs to be comfortable. The Torretta has fabric has a nice microfiber feel to it, but that fabric seems to trap in heat over the long run and I found my back getting a little sweaty while sitting in it. The seat cushion is quite thin, and supported underneath by elastic straps. If you look at the brochure that comes with the chair, it notes that you can round out your chair by purchasing a memory foam cushion to sit on that I assume boosts the comfort of it. I didn’t care much for the raised side edges on the seat cushion either. I found that they were uncomfortable in the long run, pinching up against the bottom of the legs. The arm rests are for all intents and purposes hard as a rock. Again, the Torretta literature notes that you can buy memory foam upgrades for the arm rests, but there is another outlay of cash that would be necessary. You can’t remove the arm rests or move them to a position that they are out of the way, so this is a miss by Arozzi in my opinion. Build Quality 5 out of 5 stars: The Torretta is dead silent. No squeaks or creaks. I really like the look, which is aggressive and subdued at the same time. It is a gaming chair and looks its part, but it can also sit in an office area and not stick out like a sore thumb. I really like the microfiber cloth that composes the chair. It looks excellent and feels premium. I am a tad nervous about the play that I can feel in the chair when shifting my weight from side to side in it. I can feel a small bit of movement, which concerns me it might get bigger as time goes on and I move my 220 pound self around in it. Adjustability 2 out of 5 stars: This is where I feel the Torretta comes up a little short. As mentioned prior, the arm rests only have two adjustments. Up and down and side to side. They cannot be removed, they cannot be flipped up and out of the way; you are stuck with the limited adjustment. In addition, I would have liked to see the ability to unlock the seat and allow it to rock back and forth (like a rocking chair) like the other chair I have in the gaming room. The only adjustment for the Torretta other than seat height and angle is a locking lever that allows you to recline the seat back, but again, that locks into place and is only adjustable as much as the locking lever allows you to do so. In conclusion, based on my observations and use of the Torretta over the last week, I would rate the chair at a 3.5 out of 5 stars. It is at a good price point, has some really good refining qualities, but comes up short in the adjustability department.

This gaming chair from Arozzi was tested by somebody who is 6’3” and 165lbs (me) and I found it very comfortable for various gaming sessions (mix of FPS titles where I’m really focused, and racing where I’m more relaxed) I also had some family members try it out who range from 5'3” - 5'11” when it comes to height and they also found it very pleasant to sit on. Unboxing/setup: As expected you will need to assemble the chair yourself when it arrives. I found the setup very straightforward as everything was clearly labeled, and it came with instructions. Even better, there was also a YouTube video. It took me 20 minutes to get everything going. Once all setup you can start adjusting and tweaking the different features the chair has to offer! Design, comfort, and features: - Black colorway looks very minimal and it’s harder to see stains/dirt. - Made of fabric. The softness is excellent even when you really lean into it. - Removable head pillow and lumbar support can be easily moved up/down to find your sweet spot. -WIDE seat perfect for many body types. -Easy height adjustments + the chair can recline almost totally flat if you want to lay down. -Arm rests can be moved up/down/forward/back which is good, but they are rather short. Other notes: - I felt almost no discomfort in my entire body after a 8 hour+ gaming session (mix of Counter Strike and Forza) - Build quality is excellent! No squeaking or noticeable imperfections in the material. - Make sure you tighten the screws good or else the chair might be a bit unstable. In conclusion, this gaming chair is really good! I highly recommend it for any setup. Pros: * Easy assembly * Build quality * Long term comfort * Minimalist design * Good for tall people Cons: * Short arm rests

Chair arrived partially assembled, which was a little confusing at first since the directions showed steps that didn't quite make sense with some assembly done. It took me a minute to realize all the bolts were already bolted into the chair and spent about 2 minutes looking for a bag of bolts to being my assembly. I'd say this was a slight inconvenience in the set up process as you had to remove all the screws to begin actually completing assembly. Little bit of going backwards, in order to go forwards. Once that was realized, assembly became a breeze and had a little assistance from my 6 year old son. Your provide a great tool to help with assembly, as well as white gloves for you to provide your own "white glove" service and make sure you don't get grease on the material. The chair is very nice, extremely nice, actually. Feels very high quality.. I just recently purchased a new car and it seems like the seat is inspired by racing seats as it feels very similar to my new car that has "racing style" seats. I will say though, the seat is slightly stiff, however it is still comfortable. The provided seat cushions for lumbar support and head rest are a nice addition, but I do wish each were slightly thicker. The quality overall of the seat is phenomenal. The upholstery is top notch. Lots of adjustment from reclining, tilting yourself back or forward, and adjustable arm rests in all directions. The seat reclines back so far you can take a little nap between playing games or working hard. If you have one of those computer gaming stations where your monitors are mounted above you, this is a solid chair for you with how much it reclines back. Wheels work nice and you can slide around your floor smoothly. All the mechanisms work great, nothing creeks or squeaks. I would recommend this chair for sure, not just for gaming, but for your office as well due to the quality and clean look to it, but your result may vary depending on your size. I do find I have to bring my arms/elbows out wide to really utilize the arm rests. Maybe my torso(?) isn't wide enough. That being said, it doesn't deserve me knocking a star off as I think with most chairs, one's specifically of this quality, I'd likely have this issue. I've only had one other gaming chair and the quality is no where near what Arozzi's Teroretta is.

The Arozzi Torretta Series Chair is an exceptional gaming chair currently available on the market. The assembly of the chair was quite simple, as it was divided into 3 parts: the back, seat cushion, and the wheels. The chair has several features and is incredibly comfortable. For example, the wheels glide smoothly. The chair is made of soft velvet fabric, and the pillows are both soft and firm, providing excellent back support during long gaming sessions. The chair can lean back at a 90-degree angle, allowing for comfortable rest, and it is sturdy, so there's no worry of falling or losing balance. The chair's arms are adjustable and can be shifted left and right based on your preference. This chair enhances your gaming space and gives it a high-end look. I haven’t had any problems with adjusting the chair; it's well-made, and I feel like it will last me a long time. It may be pricey, but if you are a gamer like myself, investing in a good chair is a must. The price is the only negative I could think of, since it is only a chair, so the price is pretty steep for those who are more casual when it comes to games, but great for those who are more competitive and play for long periods of time.

Unboxing: Box is a little heavy so get some assistance if needed. Comes with hand full of wrapped pieces/parts. A sturdy Alan wrench to un-tighten and tighten screws. Took me literally 10-15 minutes to assemble. It was a breeze. Seat comfort: I am 5’ 10” weighing in at 226 lbs. Love the Super-soft leather like feel and look. It has a firm but very comfortable feel for long term sitting. I have found with many of my heavily padded gaming chairs that I have used in the past several years, eventually get uncomfortable and the padding flattens. Looking forward to seeing this chair hold its form long term. I will note it also feels very form fitting. Things that I really like about this chair: First and foremost is the reclining option. I can set it perfectly how I would like to recline giving me many options without feeling like I am going to fall backwards. Super sturdy with reclining that fits your style and needs. Second thing is the arm rests that allow me to raise the arms to the hight that is comfortable to my desk and can pivot to different angles which accommodates the comfort of the chair while gaming. Lastly, most of the time I am kind of a hater with gaming chair pillows, but found these actually feel comfortable and can position them to my liking as well. This chair looks great with my set up as well. Overall, this chair is very well made and increases my confidence in its lasting ability and comfortableness. It is definitely worth the investment whether you are a gamer or not.

Quick review? Great chair with some room to improve Longer review? Ok. Assembly: A bit more than some other chairs I've assembled, but not too bad. The instructions were pictures only with no words, which was overall fine...but it took me a couple looks a couple times. The wheels pop in the base without too much fuss, and the gas cylinder sets in the base. The arm rests came already attached, so all that was left was attach the metal base to the...base, and attach the back to the bottom. The back to the bottom was the harder part, but not TOOOO bad. You have to align 4 bolts with the supports that move around. Be careful not to scratch the floor with the base as it has some metal stuff on the bottom. I ended up changing the order around and putting the base on the stand first, and then attaching the back. Total took me around 25 minutes. Look and feel: Mostly great! The suede feels very high end, and the cushions are soft yet firm. The wheels glide around quite well. I do wish the arm rests and plastic guards on the side were a bit more premium, but they aren't bad. They just don't match the rest of the chairs quality. Comfort: The chair is pretty adjustable. The two pillows (lumbar and head), move around and adjust as you need (or you can remove them). The back rest has a tilt that goes basically flat. The arm rests move forward, backwards, twist in and out, and go up and down. They could have a bit more upward travel for taller people, but for my height (5'9") it's fine. Overall: For the price it's a nice chair. There are some improvements (mentioned above, arm rest height and material and a few others), but overall it's very comfortable and supportive. I would give it 4.5 stars if I could, but not quite 5.

Leather fabric does not define comfort

The Good Firstly, the chair is made in Sweden and that might make people think of Ikea quality furniture but trust me it is not. I just love the suede fabric; it makes the chair so soft and comfortable. I think I can get used to suede over leather. The upholstery gives a sense of high quality as well. When was the last time you bought a chair that came with gloves that you can use for assembling? Also, the chair backing comes out of the box fully wrapped in plastic, that’s quality in my opinion. Another good thing about this chair is that the hand rest slides forward and backward because it gives me more flexibility. For ergonomic fans, the lumber support for the back is excellent, you won’t need to buy another lumber support for this chair. Best of all, this is a gaming chair, sitting on this chair, I’ve played for over 4 hours on this chair and it never felt uncomfortable like my last chair. I don’t need to adjust this chair at all during the 4-hour marathon of play. The Bad I wished the instructions had words but a minor issue. The main issue is this chair took almost 25 minutes to assemble and I think it could have been much faster. The delay was due to the difficulty of assembling the back of the chair, the railing took many tries to line up the screws with the holes on the back of the chair to connect it to the chair seat price. Also, the head rest could be a little bigger or cushion thicker, I had to use my old head rest from my old chair. This is a gamer chair that is missing LED lights which is not a big deal for me but had to call it out. Overall From a scale of 1 to 10 where 10 is best, I'll give this chair a score of 8.5. This chair did not get a 9 or 9.5 because it is missing LED lights and a memory cushion. No chair gets a 10 because there is not perfect chair. A final score of 8.5 shows that the chair provides enough value for Gamers on a budget. Having LED lights and memory cushion might put this chair to a much higher price point.

I’ve had several gaming chairs over the years, from many different manufacturers. They have all had their strengths and weaknesses. Of my chairs I’ve had of late, the Arozzi Toretta is one of the most comfortable I’ve used in a while. ASSEMBLY Like all chairs, the Toretta comes disassembled, but it is very well protected and packaged. It took about 10 minutes to assemble the whole chair and assembly is easy and straightforward. Admittedly, that time was spent trying my best not to get any dirt or grease on the fabric. Arozzi includes one of the best tools I’ve ever seen in a store-bought chair. A cushioned 6mm T-handle hex wrench. In continuing the premium feel, Arozzi throws in a pair of white gloves (yes, literally white gloves) to keep you and the chair from getting dirty. The thoughtfulness, packaging, and supplied accessories give this chair a far more premium feel than ANY other chair I’ve used or assembled to date. COMFORT Much like music, movies, and headphones, comfort is subjective. In my opinion, the Toretta is VERY comfortable. More comfortable than my last two gaming chairs. Looking at the bottom of the chair you can see that Arozzi uses a suspension type set-up almost like a real racing seat. The difference between an Arozzi chair and an average gaming chair is immediately noticeable. I, myself, prefer it, as it resembles a well-made racing seat. It has thicker bolsters for the hips, back, and shoulders. If you have never used, or sat in, a real racing-style seat, the Arozzi may feel awkward at first. It is far more form fitting that what some are used to. The other members of my house immediately commented on it after trying it. Not only did they immediately notice the seat, but also how the back and seat cushions wrap around your body. The bolstering is much more pronounced and much more accurately placed than other manufacturers’ products. Arozzi does offer an XL version that gives the buyer some additional hip and backside room, if so desired. ERGONOMICS The Torretta is one of the best gaming chairs I’ve had for ergonomics. Between the increased bolstering, the lumbar and neck pillows, the chair is just comfortable. Like all good chairs, the key points are adjustable. The arm rests slide forward and back and are height adjustable. The chair can be locked from rocking or has a tension adjustment for the feature. One thing that I have to give Arozzi credit for is their reclining mechanism. They have a real lever that allows you to recline the back to any angle you would like. I can’t give them enough credit for this. My current chair, from one of Arozzi’s primary competitors has no limitations. It either sits straight up or has full recline motion to where it is nearly parallel with the ground. There is no middle ground. Lean back a little and its all the way back, all the time. I HATE IT. FINAL THOUGHTS If you can’t have already guessed. I really like the Toretta. It is almost like having a racing seat as a gaming chair, but more comfortable. From the ergonomics, tools, packaging, materials, the Toretta has a very premium feel. I especially like the suede material it is made out of. It is a nice change from leather, as leather gets uncomfortably hot after long gaming sessions. The only thing Arozzi needs to do is update their assembly instructions. They have made changes to some of the trim pieces to make for toolless installs, but still have the old-style instruction manual. I initially thought I was missing screws and hardware, but come to find out, it was a design change that the documentation hasn’t caught up with. If you are looking for a premium, comfortable gaming chair. This should be on your list. I am thoroughly impressed with the Toretta. Yes, it fits the user quite differently than most gaming chairs, but that isn’t a bad thing. I like the change in ergonomics. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

This is my first gaming chair. I have used old office chairs in the past, but I decided to upgrade and I am very happy. ASSEMBLY The chair comes in box that is roughly 60 lbs, so I knew from the start that this wasn’t a cheap quality chair. It took about 15 minutes to assemble the chair once I found the instructions. The instructions were hidden behind the lumbar support. I like how the bolts were not loose and were already screwed into where they are supposed to be, which makes for less bags and less guessing on what goes where. Speaking of the bolts, they are very high quality hex bolts, you don't need to worry about stripping these bolts. One thing I was concerned about was one of the plastic covers on the side of the seat was a little loose, but once you put it all together, it isn't a problem. The wrench they provide is actually good quality and could be a good addition to your toolbox. MATERIALs The fabric is super soft as the name says and it’s very similar to a suede. The arm rests are firm, so some people may not like that. I don't mind them firm ad my last chair’s armrests had a pleather covering that broke multiple times and I kept having to patch it. The chair feels really solid and has a great build quality. A few of the plastic pieces around the reclining points aren't great quality, but they should hold up. ERGONOMICS The arm rested move up & down, forward & back and you can twist them horizontally. It looks like you could remove the armrests if your preferred by removing the bolts that hold them on to the seat. The lumbar support and headrest are adjustable and you can remove them if you don't like one or both. The reclining feature is really great, you can lock it into place at a number of different angles. The back leans really far back and it a little unstable if you go back too far, but that’s only if you are almost laying down horizontally. FINAL THOUGHTS Overall this is a great gaming chair. It's very comfortable, It's adjustable and has high build quality for most parts. I would definitely recommend this chair.

Nice Chair for Full body support...

We needed a new office chair for our desk and we thought that it would be comfortable because of the gaming aspect of the chair and be soft and cushioned enough for long sitting sessions like on conference calls and surfing the web. We received it in a big heavy box and had to assemble it. Assembly was about 30 minutes with one person, so relatively easy. The upholstery fabric is a nice plushy faux suede which is really soft to the touch, but after a couple of hours of sitting, my rear gets sore like it does in airplane seats! I would have liked the seat to be thicker and a lot softer, but thats just me. However, this just tells me that the chair will be very sturdy, durable and have longevity. The chair is very adjustable and can lean back so much, one can probably fall asleep in it. The seat is nice and wide and your hips do not hit the arm rest posts, and it adjusts up and down quite a lot, so can adjust to any desk height. The arm rests also adjust higher or lower and also angle in or out to fit any situation comfortably. The chair comes with a lumbar pillow and a head pillow which both are nice if you can find the best position for your own body. For my body, I removed to lumbar pillow and was able to relax in the back of the chair with my head leaning back. Overall it is a nice chair and adequately supports the body while sitting.

I am impressed at the overall quality of this chair. It took virtually 10 minutes to put together. The supplied hardware is not your average cheap bolts. The hex head bolts are very good quality, also supplied is a very nice 6mm hex head driver. The craftsmanship of the super soft seat material is very nice. The 5 way wheel arms make it virtually impossible to tip the chair, which is common with the 4 ways. Lumbar support is adjustable as is the neck pillow. The pillows are slid up and down by two vertical guide belts which can be removed. The seat itself hugs your hip and legs for a very comfortable design. The seat is reinforced by nylon bands on the bottom underneath. The hog ring upholstery cleats keep the fabric snug and in place. The overall design which mimics a Recaro based racing seat it great for gaming, office work or just plain surfing. The arms, seat height and back are all adjustable to suit your needs. The back can be laid almost all the way down to horizontal levels and still maintain seat balance. As previously stated balance is very nice at any angle. I have owned previous chairs that the balance was subpar and you knew exactly how far you could adjust or sit before you felt uneasy and feared tipping. With the Arozzi, I haven’t found an angle yet that I felt unsecure or feared possible tipping. The amount of adjustability of this chair is a one size fits most design. Gamers, surfers and business’s need this chair. Pros: Everything! Cons: none as of now. I would recommend this chair to friends and family.

This is my first gaming chair. I was impressed at how heavy the package was. Upon unboxing it did not have too many pieces to assemble. The manufacturer is smart by proving the bolts placed on the chair rather than have them in a separate package. This made it easier to assemble. No need to figure out which bolts go where. The instructions were very clear and there are some illustrations on the chair that tell you were parts go. As for the chair itself, its very comfortable. The added pillows for your back and neck are very comfortable and supportive. This chair feels good while sitting on it. I can game on it for hours. Even while doing work on my computer it is very comfortable. Another neat feature is the lean position. This chair can lie flat. In case you need a nap. Lol. The back support makes it more comfortable if you lay on it flat. It took me an easy 15 minutes to put together from start to finish. It also included a tool to fasten the bolts so no additional tools needed to put together. A nice touch that it included some white cloth gloves to use to put the chair together.

Stylish chair but not enough comfort

I have been using this Torretta Supersoft Upholstery Fabric Gaming Chair (Pure Black) by Arozzi for a week now and my honest opinion is 'not as good as expected'. At this price point, I was expecting more comfort, especially Arozzi claimed this chair was designed to be 'ergonomic'. I sit in a chair over ten hours a day for work and gaming, so it is essential for my chair to provide enough support and comfort. This is my first Torretta product and also a gaming chair, so I was looking forward to trying it but it felt short. Here is my list of pros and cons: Pros - I LOVE the lumber support cushion. I was using a rolled up towel with my old chair, so this was a huge step up (also esthetically more pleasing). The pillow is easy to adjust and it definitely provides enough support for me. I don't need/use the head pillow, though - that is not a very comfortable position for me to tilt my head that far back. - This chair is very stylish and the fabric is nice and soft. A tiny tag of Swedish flag that was sewn in the side seem was a nice touch. Cons - The manual was not missing, so I looked it up on Best Buy's website. I ALWAYS read the manual first, no matter how easy the assembly seems to be. I need to make sure all of the contents before starting to assemble it, so I know I have all of the necessary parts. The online PDF manual was either dated or too generic, as some info were not accurate, such as all bolts were already screwed on to the chair and not packaged separately in a bag like the manual indicated. - There was a tear on the side of the chair. I think someone at the production line pre-drilled in a wrong place and left it as is. The whole ended up being covered up by the side cover but it was not a very good first impression. Just like another reviewer mentioned, my chair came with a broken plastic piece that is supposed to keep a side cover secure with a magnet. So, it wiggles a bit - not a total deal breaker but I thought it was worth mentioning. - The two least favorite features were the height adjustment and the cushion. The bottom cushion is too firm for me, so I wanted to use a seat pillow but the height level is already at the lowest, so putting the pillow made this chair too tall for my desk. That was very disappointing. My previous 'el cheapo' office chair even had more flexible height adjustments. Overall, I will not recommend this chair, especially at this price point.
