Customers are saying

Customers are enthusiastic about the Vernazza Series Gaming Chair, but some have expressed concerns regarding the armrests. Several comments mention issues with the armrests not locking securely into position and lacking sufficient padding, leading to discomfort during extended use. One customer noted that the armrest's plastic trim broke. Improvements to the armrest design and sturdiness would enhance the overall user experience.

It's a good Chair, besides the flimsy plastic snaps on the sides, but manufacture is sending me a replacement for that. Just not worth the price that it sells for, too much plastic and the swivel arms don't fully lock in the rotation position, feel like this will wear out since its plastic.

Nice chair but then it fracking better be! for that price, way overpriced. I only purchased this chair because I had gift certificates to put towards the price otherwise there no way I would have paid that price. The lumbar pillow has straps but there way too short. One of the bolts for the seat was in so tight I had to use a vice grips to get it out. Advise to keep looking at other chairs.

Super comfortable. Super soft. Wish it came with the padded arm rests instead of paying extra for them.

6'1 255 pounds . I sit pretty comfortably and it supports your back as well only thing i dont like about it is the flimsy arms handle doesnt stay put in a lock position always moving and to nake it worse the plastic trim on the arm completely cane apart just by lowering the arms and worst of all no cushion for your elbow so after a good gaming session your elbow feels like its on fire overall decent chair

-Comfortable still after three weeks of use. -Use 8+ hours a day. -6’4” 225 lbs -Plastic shroud covering the arm rest bracket cracked after 2 days. Flexed to much as I leaned on it to get into the chair. Now it’s wrapped in electrical tape.
