I am very happy with this modem/router. It comes with built in Mcafee which automatically blocks non reliable pages and scam proactively Speed is a breeze and just plug and play. Great equipment and easier to set up

I was looking for something that would be compatible with Cox Communications. I did not want to pay a monthly modem rental fee. I haven’t had any problems with it and it was easy to set up.

Easy to set up. Set up time about 10 minutes. Went online to Comcast and had the connection made. Have it located in sunporch and it covers the entire house.

Got tired of paying cable company monthly to use their router. Purchased this and it has been much more reliable and has much better wifi.

The product is sufficient for connection. There was a few disconnects when I used it but overall it’s connected well and the the speed is decent.

Bought this to replace Xfinity rental modem/router that was dropping signals and slowing connection. It works great. Stable connection, no drops. Eliminated lag problems for gaming. Love the phone app that lets you manage security, network settings, etc. Easily handles all my devices - I had three Ethernet and four wifi devices connected with no stumbles. Easy setup, didn't even have call Comcast. Why rent a crappy modem/router? Buy your own, invest in one that will be future proof for five years. Highly recommend.

I purchased to replace my Xfinity Rental. I ran an Internet Speed Test before I changed them out. (before and after speeds were identical) Here is a hint on how to make things go smooth here. First thing to do is register your new Arris Cable Modem with your Xfinity Account (online or call) Second, unhook the rental and connect your New Arris (it will not work at that moment but to not panic) Third, take your Rental to the nearest Xfinity Store and turn it in. Last step while at Xfinity simply requeat them to activate your New Arris (that they will see, because you registered it in the first step). By the time you get home you will be ready to sign in with your new password and start using. Bam! Perfecto!

This modem was easy to install. It’s is more powerful than my old one. I have multiple wireless items on here and there is no delays

With this router you can have a very good and strong signal of wifi. And do no freeze it all. Very happy with this purchase.

This was a no brainer. Pay the cable company $10 per month, or buy this. I chose to buy. It was simple to install, and has worked flawless ever since.

This item does everything I need it to its quick and reliable and compatible with Xfinity. I have no complaints so far so good.

Great product. User friendly and very easy to use. They have an App for the Router that walks you through changing your WiFi’s name and also it’s a dual band router so it act as a modem, ridding you of the $10-$12 monthly fee from you service provider and also a Wireless router. The wireless has two setting 2.4ghz which is standard and a 5.0ghz which is extremely fast but doesn’t have the range like the standard WiFi does. Great buy.

Works as advertised so far. Great speed and works with my cox cable subscription.
