Love this game! And it’s definitely got everything from the previous versions. I wanted to give it 5 stars because I’m having waaaaay too much fun pirating on-the-go. But annoyingly the controls are a little clunky at times but this could just be a technical issue on switch. Either way, if you’re like me and enjoy more serious titles on the Switch. It’s a must!.

I am greatly disappointed in Best Buy’s misleading product description. The digital version of this game was available at a lower price but I decided to pay more because I wanted a physical copy to avoid filling up the Switch’s storage. Best Buy clearly states that you are getting a physical copy of the software with this product. Ironically the cartridge only acts as a “key”, enabling you to download a digital copy of the game from the Nintendo Store. This also requires you to set up an account. **Unfortunately Best Buy won’t let you return it once opened so make sure you have enough storage space on your console beforehand.** Another disadvantage is that you still have to use the cartridge to enable playing the games. If you go with the full digital version, you will generally save money and will not have to insert a cartridge when you want to play the game. The game is NOT a physical copy of the software and Best Buy should correct their product description….and/or accept returns given the circumstances.

AC 4 black flag was an amazing game the is influence from pirates of the caribbean, havana is amazing, I would prefer if Ubisoft gets odyssey on the switch, but for now it's best AC on the go.

I glad i got on the Nintendo switch plus all the extra games with the cartridge

I, once upon a time, had a ps vita, and with said ps vita I had AC 3 Liberation. First AC game I had played and I LOVED it. This is even better. You do have to download one of the games, so a micro sd card might be necessary depending on your current storage situation, however, well worth it. Great story, great mechanics, fantastic parkour

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this port vs the PS4 version...Ubisoft did a good job carefully considering the compromises to get Black Flag running well on the Switch. Granted this is a first-gen PS4 game (ported from PS3/360) vs a late-game Switch title, so it really shouldn't be too much of a surprise. There is some detail pop-in at short draw distances, and the PS4 version runs at a noticeably higher frame rate (on the Pro), they're really only noticeable if you compare them side-by-side. The character models and textures look about the same, and all the spoken dialogue and shanties are present as well. My only disappointment is that Rogue isn't included on the Switch cart and it has to be downloaded...I really wish this practice would stop.

A couple of great games. The port of these games was surprising considering how large they are in terms of memory. For ports to the Switch they run great. Worth the value.

I was glad to have this on the Switch. It seems to run great with little compromises. Only the first game is included on the cartridge. The rest are downloadable. There isn’t a DLC code. As long as you own the cartridge and Activision keeps the servers up you’ll be able to download the other games. I would wait for a sale on this game just because only one game is included on the cartridge.

Both games in this collection are really good & I was pleased with how well the port plays & looks on the Nintendo switch, especially in portable handheld mode.I would definitely recommend getting it if you’re interested in playing it!Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag is on the cartridge & you’ll be required to download Assassin’s Creed Rogue for free from the eShop which is about 8GB or so & it requires the cartridge to be inserted in order to play the game.

I’m sure this game is right up someone’s alley, the pirate stuff is really well done and cool, but it’s just not for me. It does however run really well on switch for anyone curious. If you’re looking for better graphical output and you have a ps4 just get it on that, but having this on the handheld is worth the graphical decrease in my opinion. Really well done port

It's a good game. Haven't played Rogue yet so I can't comment on it. Black Flag is the first AC game I've played. The controls took a bit of getting used to. There didn't seem to be much of a tutorial early on, so for the first bit of the game you're just trying to figure out how to make things happen.

Best way to play your pirate adventure in the two best pirate games Switch offers. I got it for around $15 and it is a great steal for a physical game which include two great games which are similar in gameplay but way different in story.

Two great games at a super price. It is very impressive getting to play these in handheld mode. AC Rogue is not on the cart, but you get to download it for free. Make sure you have about 8-10 GB of extra room.

Such a great value. To have Assasin Creed available on the go is unreal. Surprised on how well it plays on the switch. 2 games for the price of one? Count me in.

I bought this game for my son for Christmas. He has enjoyed playing the game. I’ve seen the game and the graphics are amazing. I would highly recommend this game.

I enjoy assassins creed. The graphics on the switch look great and the buttons work like any other console.

As the title says, the only reason I’m deducting one star is they didn’t advertise the second game as downloadable, so in essence the game included is Black Flag, the other one is more of a bonus you have to download. The creators of Bayonetta were forthcoming about their bundle, why couldn’t Ubisoft? On the game, Black Flag has amazing graphics and runs like butter. I did encounter some bugs but likely they were also in the pc game. but I didn’t bother with the second game. Overall this is a great deal, so thank you Ubisoft for bringing this port to the switch!

One of the best Assassins Creed games so far (AC Black Flag)! This is the format I miss compared to the new AC titles (although the new ones are still fun in their new format). This game takes sailing the seas to a fantastic degree! You might even start finding that you like listening to sea shanties! Overall, the story is great although it kind of starts off slow. Controls do take a bit of adjustment from time to time due to camera angle interference but all in all, a highly recommended game. I haven't played Rogue so I cannot speak on the value of it.
