I bought this product based on customer reviews and it's one of my greatest buys in recent times. The price is excellent and you cannot go wrong with the product. I'm planning on buying another one for my 12 year old.

I was searching for a new computer. I have some knowledge of computer functions, but purchased the Geek Squad services. This gave me the reassurance I needed to make this purchase, and I have used them on several occasions already. I have no complaints about my purchase or my Geek Squad services. The computer I purchased was a laptop, my first Asus. I am not disappointed, and would repurchase another.

I recently started a new career that required a new laptop (I had never owned one before). I didnt need one that would launch a nuclear attack, but I needed something that would have good speed, memory, and allow more than to play a game of Oregon Trail on.The BB consulted with me, and we landed on this one. I actually have recommended this same model to 2 other people in the office, and they have both purchased as well. For someone wanting a good laptop at a great price, this is the one.

The laptop was a good laptop overall despite the low price...couldn't beat getting an i3 processor laptop for $250! I went ahead and upgraded the RAM and hard drive myself after the fact to make it faster (wouldn't advise it unless you know what you doing) so far so good!

Laptop price is great .., only issue touch pad / mouse track pad is not up to the mark

I do not have a lot of expectations for Laptop at this price point. My only complaints are small and minor. The laptops battery is not easily changeable. Upgrading the memory or hard drive is difficult with the way it is designed. ( According to what I have read and watched online.) The charging chord is shorter than I would prefer. The viewing angle on the screen is not very good as well. Overall, I have not experienced any performance issues that surprise me considering the price point.

This laptop is great for beginners or someone just looking to do simple tasks on. I pretty much got it for just going on the internet, checking e-mails, printing up paperwork and other simple tasks. I like it because it is just what I need it for and very simple to use.

Haven't used a Windows laptop in 10 years. Was surprised how improved they are. Much faster than I expected for an I3 chip

This laptop is definitely meets my needs for home use. The price was right and the technical specs were perfect!

My Asus Laptop, 15.6 Laptop - Intel Core i3 - 4GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive - Silver is a great deal for the money. The screen size is excellent for us over 40 crowd. This is the first experience with Windows 10 and the tutorials on the laptop are easy and informative. There is also extra help with the Cortana option. The keys are a little awkward to reach when using the laptop on your lap but I am getting used to it. Overall, I love it and would definitely make the same purchase again!

I find this laptop easy to use. The memory is sufficient for the needs of our family. Great quality laptop for home use.

Reasonably priced computer that meets my simple needs- e-mail, internet, music.

Bought this for my son's 12th birthday and it suits his needs perfectly. A capable Windows 10 machine that can play most standard games and is able to surf the web as well as provide a solid platform for Microsoft Office products used for school. i would recommend.

Have owned Asus products before, good product. Only wish it had 1 - 2 more USB ports. Other than that I recommend it.

I bought this for someone with minor accessibility issues and it is working out well. It could use more USB ports.

Good laptop for grade school kids. My nephews mainly play games but are also able to research Internet for school.

I knew that this was a good computer for what I needed it for, everyday use - word doc, powerpoint, checking email and watching movies. The Bestbuy tech are not very familiar with their own product. I asked if the computer had an integrated battery or a removable battery. I was told it's removable (on the outside). I received the computer and the battery is nowhere to be seen!

Fast easy fun. I'm able to get all my work done and the kids are able to do homework and projects. Good product
