Very pleased and thrilled with the laptop for my freshman daughter who is starting college. Great price, great speed, great battery life, great memory! I also must say Alex, a great source of information and tech knowledge at our local Best Buy really helped us with so many options out there. This laptop is a great value, so don't consider a chrome book. Very pleased to give this laptop as a high school graduation gift! Additional advice, shop Best Buy and shop brick and mortar.

May aging Windows7 laptop forced me to, reluctantly, go forward with a laptop that ran Windows 10, and, allegedly, still give me the Windows 7 desktop look and feel. I must say, my experience has been exceptionally positive. Not only are the computer and internet response times significantly faster than my previous Windows 7 laptop, but the option of being able to toggle between a Windows 7 desktop view and the new Windows 10 tiles, has been much easier and more user friendly than I ever expected. As such, I would highly recommend this laptop to anyone who's never used Windows 10 and who wishes to be able to continue using your familiar Windows 7 desktop view as you learn the new features of Windows 10.

I have Purchased 40+ laptops and this is by far the best in show. Quick enough to handle the workload and lasts longer than anything in the price point

i3 is not as fast as i5, but sure is faster than the standard Celeron processor that you'd normally get at this price point. 1 terabyte HD is huge! 4 GB of RAM is *enough*, but I think I'm gonna add 2 more, just to be safe. This computer has a 3mb L2 cache, which makes upgrading the ram less important. It benchmarks at around 3200, which is almost double my desktop unit, which has an entry level Pentium processor (N3700). Overall, this is a great computer for the money!

The laptop has a wide and spacious keyboard. The screen is big and clear. It does not run hot like my old computer. And it's extremely light to carry.

I use it mainly for school work and web browsing, windows 10 is easy to use
