I've been using this laptop for a while now and it's great. You'll most likely have this laptop for business purposes. It can play some games as well. This laptop is pretty consistent

No complaints other than the standard bundled free trial software, but this is to be expected and removes easily if not wanted. The laptop is moderately fast given the i3 processor. No issues with Open Office , Firefox or other software installed. It's a good computer for normal use meaning one or two powerful programs running at a time, web surfing, e-mail use or mid level gaming. I like having software on a DVD disc so having the DVD drive is a plus.

A delightful machine for the money. Actually it is a steal for the money Geek Squad set it up and we have never been back. We have very simple needs which are: email, spreadsheets, word, web blousing, Skype, as examples. This ASUS computer is perfect for that. We will Never use the 1T of memory. I bet 98% of the uses will not either. I was first concern about some of the complaints on past reviews that I read. A lot of their complaints were not relative to the product. I have never met a touch pad I liked. Never. (Get a Mouse for 8$). People complained about Windows 10. (What does that have to do with the performance of the computer? (Complain to Microsoft, not about the computer). ASUS has a quality name and this computer only enhances it. I bought it at BestBuy for $299. I watched the pricing for two weeks after the purchase and saw it had a special on for $245. Took the receipt to BB since it was within two weeks of my purchase and they credited my account $54. (Had dinner on ButBuy.) How can anyone complain with an experience like that!!! $245-$300 for an ASUS with 1T!!! A true bargain.

I recently Picked up this laptop for my Mother to replace her failing (other brand) laptop. This laptop is an excellent value spec-wise for the price. The only real con that we have noticed is the trackpad/buttons are lackluster with the buttons being integrated with the trackpad instead of being independent, this can cause some mis-clicking until you get more used to the trackpad. of course you can always add a mouse via usb.

I got this for my wife when her old laptop turned for the worst. It is a good laptop. Very sleek looking and lightweight. Works great! My wife loves windows 10! Plays steam games wonderfully and has 4 gigs of ram and the hard drive had a terabit of storage.

This laptop is amazing! It runs beautifully and the storage that comes with the laptop is great and the extra storage that is available to you through Asus it's self is also great! It's light weight and a big clear screen and looks great. And the price can't be beat for a laptop like this. It is a great buy.

Purchased the best for the cheapest because she's using it in college. This model won't EASILY let you upgrade any components. It's acceptable for a low end device that she's doing college papers and such on. Its NOT a gaming machine.

This computer is an ample start for someone who does daily activities such as processing streaming, music, etc..Battery life is great, fast processor, ample storage, etc.

"Value" - this laptop represents an amazing value purchase, you get so much equipment all for such a low price, and all aspects of the computer are working great. The shape, size and look are good; the Laptop performs well on internet usage, streaming video, DVD's. I loaded Office Professional to the Laptop and it all functions fine. The Power Cord is a unique size, its not that big or heavy, happy with the Power Cord. The Keyboard is nice and the mouse pad. Very happy over.

This laptop has great speed for daily activities (email, surfing, streaming video). The screen resolution is crisp & clear, rich color. Lightweight, so much better that our older Toshiba (but hey, we gave it 5 years). We'd definitely buy it again.

This is a mid-range price laptop which is ideal for standard home/office tasks. Performance is ok taking into account that it owns the smallest intel I processors line. Memory is enough but for the price i would expected at least an hybrid hard disk for better performance cause load times usually are not as fast as other laptops of same price range. A detail is that external surface is really delicate and it scratches very easily

I am attending college and I like the battery life on this computer. It also works great for playing music. It is a lightweight computer computer which helpa getting around from class to class. This is my only purpose but I like it.

Windows 10 and works ok. Screen broke about 4 weeks after purchase. I like Windows 10 better than Windows 8.1. I use my Logiteck Wireless Trackball as I find it better to use than the touchpad. Good Value for $$$$ spent.

I purchased this ASUS laptop when my emachines laptop stopped working correctly. I was so used to windows 7 i was worried i would not be able to figure out how to use the windows 10. I have only had this laptop a few weeks so i still have a lot to learn on it but I am happy with it thus far. It seems to run a lot faster than my old laptop did. It was 4 years old. There is a lot to learn with windows 10 that is different from what i am use to but i am slowly learning it. This is a quality laptop for a great price. Would be great for college, work or home use. you will not be disappointed with this laptop

This computer is light and fast- what more do you want? Not for heavy Photoshop usage or video editing, but it’s a great computer for documents, web browsing, and more simple tasks.

I purchased this laptop for my 9 years old Son for his school work, etc. It has decent battery life. Bootup time is also reasonable. It has DVD RW, USB 3.0. Wifi with 2.5 GHz frequency upload and downloads are pretty fast. 1 TB Hard disk space is enough to store plenty of his movies. The down side I noticed - 1) Arrow Keys are small so it is not so comfortable. 2) Power button doesn't have light + it is just like other key so difficult to differentiate, but gradually we can use to it.

This PC was the BEST BUY That fit the need I looked around and this was going to do. It's more than a tablet and has the memory and power to let you get the most use out of it. I liked the looks and style. With Windows 10 it gets down to business. Also handles games. the Sound and Video are matched and capable of playing in enhanced modes. It has plenty of storage for photos sounds and downloads......
