This is a very good laptop for the average user. It is easy to use and has everything one needs for everyday use. Good for students and comes with basic programs and utilities. Very happy with my purchase.

This is one of the things I love about PC's... you get a lot with just little money. It's fast, responsive, it just works. A good laptop for your average user.

The tap pad is very loose and slightly uneven. Checked others in store also and they were also. Big nice screen and lightweight. Pretty slow at start up. The price is unbeatable as I bought it on sale for 250.00. Perfect for beginners or young students.

Very easy startup and included software that I use such as Firefox. Large storage and the USB 3.0 port is really fast. On sale, it was an amazing purchase.

Its a good computer with pretty good hardware for the average user. Has good speed. The part that is obvious as to where they saved money on is the structure. It feels very light weight and typing sounds hollow and cheap. But it is fitting for the price that we paid for it given the upgrades to the hardware.

The keyboard is decent sized, the laptop itself is very functional. I only use it for work, but it has decent ram and could be used for light online gaming

This was bought as a gift for my wife and she loves it. The speed is amazing and picks up our wireless network very well. The graphics are crystal clear.

Does everything a lap top should do. I have not encountered any problems, everything works with optimum speed.

Works great out of the box. Bought it for my wife to use in kitchen and she loves it. She uses Windows 10 at work so the programs are a snap for her.

I 12 Best Buy wine to purchase an HP printer that I've been eyeing for a while. When I got there I found out they were sold out. I was considering buying the open box laptop until I spoke with a wonderful representative AJ. He was full of a lot of knowledge and convince me to go ahead and purchase the Asus laptop. I have to admit I was skeptical until I got home and set up this laptop. I could not be happier with my purchase and I highly recommend it

I'm totally happy with my new laptop. I bought it to fill in while my desktop was being repaired. Work great for me. Low price for a great machine.

We have now had this for a few months and it has a very nice screen and durable case. The battery life seems quite long too. Had some issues getting connected to our wireless internet. Had to adjust some settings. Hinge might be a weak point ... feels a little flimsy. But for the price very nice.
