My grandson has really enjoyed learning on his new laptop. It's easy for him to use.

I bought this laptop to study during my deployment. I didn't get to use it before I left just enough to set it up. Now I'm half way around the world and this thing will just shut off while on the internet after only 10 minutes. That's with only one page open (like Amazon). I have gotten ahold of geek squad and they told me to try a different browser so I did with the same results. This was all within the first week of ownership. If I was home still I would've returned it but like I said I'm half way around the world. I wouldn't recommend this item currently unless they can tell me how to fix it

bought another asus computer mainly because I liked my previous one. It was just outdated and operating system was no longer supported. so far so good.

I am very happy with my purchase. I use it for work and it's quick and easy to use.

I like the laptop. The only thing missing or wish I notice is when using my CAPS and NUM lock keys that it indicated it was on by a computer key light.

Bought this to use for work purposes. Don't need anything special, just something with Office, etc. This laptop is junk. Pushing the keys feels like they will not spring back up. the casing feels like cheap plastic. The trackpad didn't respond very well. Returned within 24 hours of opening the package.

Computer was too slow for me but the price was very low.

This is a good budget laptop. Works well for browsing the web, doing projects and checking email. Would not recommend for a gamer or graphic designer.

It's a very good computer with a lots of storage with perfect size of display.

I bought this for my brother and although at the base model, it's fine for a standard user, my brother required a little more "juice", so I upgraded it with an SSD and more RAM and now it hauls butt.

Difficulty getting wireless printers to connect. First with an Epson, had to manually load drivers. Second with Kodak, never could get it to recognize that the ALREADY-WORKING device was even online.

Bought mostyly for homework type usage. Not a fan of laptops I'm old school, however this one is great for what I need it for. faster than i expected.

I purchased this when I was told it would cost over $200 to repair my other laptop. I spoke only to a salesperson and made my decision on what he said. It is, per my IT person a very good computer.

The only thing I can complain about is the poor customer service personnel didn't know their products and were not interested in being of help to make my purchase.

I had never heard of ASUS prior to my purchase. After online reviews and talking to store personnel I decided to buy it. So far, so good. I am not a fan of windows 10 but I am coming along with it.

We bought this for my wife to do her online school work. It works like a charm!

It's not an Intel, so it wasn't really expected to be good, but it's worse than that, it's absolute garbage. It'll disable itself and then is a pain to get back to working, which makes it nearly impossible for a non IT person to figure it out. Everything else about it is what you would expect for an entry level laptop, just upgrade the wireless card and HDD to an Intel wireless AC module, and add an SSD and you're good to go. If you can't do those two things, then you pretty much need to spend more money on a mid tier laptop with at least an SSD already in it.

I have always been a owner of some kind of a laptop because I do different things on it. I've owned a gateway, Hp, acer, toshiba, and now an asus. I have to say it's one of the best i ever used!!
