Not that great product.

I went to download a music cd to my mp3 player, it erased all of my music from my mp3 player. I had to put all of the music back on my mp3 player. I went back to Best Buy to buy a better laptop computer.

I am not much satisfied

Then They sent me another laptop after but my ten days were destroyed in all this. But laptop works good and I have asked a friend to buy same one because laptop works good.

Touchpad is a nightmare
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The touchpad is not centered on the laptop, so I find myself getting a right click menu instead of the left I intended. My hand anywhere near the touchpad causes the screen to zoom in (or out) so I am constantly resetting the display. Touching the lower corners of the touchpad makes an obnoxious clicking sound which seems mechanical (not a sound effect) . Using more than one finger triggers different functions, and I am not used to that. I wish I had chosen something different. My wireless mouse only works for a little while, then it stops responding. The PC looks nice, and it processes quickly. If you don't mind the touchpad issues, you might be ok.

Good but problems

Sadly this model has the battery in a location that requires removing the entire keyboard to access it. Very bad design. Otherwise, it's a great machine.

same old laptop nothing exciting

We went from and Dell to this Asus and it feels much lower quality than the Dell. it was inexpensive so i guess that is what you get. It has decent features, except it is not a touch screen.
