Like a snail. Always seems to be a delay between pages and documents loading, even recalling existing documents is painfully slow. Annoying at best. Would never purchase again.

I bought this laptop for basic computer needs. It takes forever to start up. It was frustrating and not worth anyone’s time.

Wanted to try ASUS computer, regretted it quickly. A bad machine with a very slow start up and browser. Would never recommend this machine to anybody.

Flimsy, feels cheap. My mouse usb wouldn't go into the port. The cd drive feels flimsy. shut off and wouldn't turn on less than 30 days from purchase.

Very slow, comes with Windows 10. Hate it. Poor performance but it was cheap. Regretted purchase I should have returned it from the start.

Poor laptop that has been made worse by having Windows 10 installed. Difficult to start very unhappy with this laptop.

Trying to find programs you are use to is hard. Do like how light it is. Doesn't hold power as long as my other two.

Laptop stopped working and charging after a year, why is the battery built inside the laptop?

Had this computer 3 weeks. And the hard drive crashed. Stay away from this computer.

This is an amazing laptop and well worth what I paid for it . I’ve had it 6 years now and it works great after not turning it on for over 2 years. Asus is the best in my opinion. The i3 processor is great for my needs and I do online college courses. Buy asus .

This computer is excellent for the price. And it has more bells and whistles than many other computers for the price. It performs quickly and does everything that I could possibly want or need. Actually I would expect this product to cost much more!

Initially had bought the Asus X555 for $329.99 with the I3 processor. Was fast with great sound but the whole keyboard and top case flexed. Returned the X555 and bought this on flash sale for $249.99. Has the same fast I3 processor, great sound and the display is crisper. Much improved is the keyboard and case which has minimal flex. Will stream HD content without a problem.The color is also nice, like a dark stainless steel. It's also very light, at only 4.4lbs. To get a computer with a nicer IPS display would cost over $600. It's not perfect but for 99% of us this is an excellent choice.

I went to best buy thinking I was going to buy the Dell core i3 6gb ram laptop. When I got to best buy and saw this one right next to it I said "I live this one". This one looks super professional, its fast, very responsive, you can just change the ram later to a max of 8gb and make it even faster for a fraction of the cost, the camera is not really HD, not even close but it does the job. The mouse pad is very responsive and fast. The key travel is allright for a laptop. The speakers sound AMAZING I'm serious, AMAZING. The laptop is very stylish and modern. It includes an USB Port type C which is new. I am completely inlove with this laptop and I'm proud that I chose this one for my first self bought laptop.

I loaned my previous computer to my daughter to use as her computer was under repair by the geek squad. Mine was a 2-year old, windows 8.1, $300 disposable Asus computer that I used when I travel for email etc. When it came back the hinge was broken and replaced with duct tape. Not wanting to look like Red Green while using my PC, I decided to buy a new one with windows 10 instead of 8.1. This has been a great purchase so far and even with the i3 processor it is still capable of running some powerful software. I loaded an image of the GNU Radio Companion executable and have been playing with my Software Defined Radio (HackRF One) and had no lag problems. a Great Value for the money
