Great laptop for the price! A lot of memory and Intel processor. Can't go wrong with this one.

Got this laptop for my 13 year old son. It's exactly the right size/price for his first laptop. Runs smoothly. Nice laptop

After posting my previous review about my displeasure with this laptop because of the touch pad, I googled my concerns to see if there was a solution. I discovered that the function of the touch pad can be adjusted by following the steps in the Asus Smart Gesture app which allows you to make changes to how the touch pad performs. After making the changes, there's a big difference. So I guess I'll keep this laptop because I was about to find someone to sell it to.

Nothing fancy but it runs Microsoft and other programs that I use efficiently and quickly. Plays most games without lag.

Fast, easy to use, lots of disc space and well priced. Keyboard comfortable and fast.

This was by far the best laptop in it's price range (I got it on sale for $250).

I so wanted to love this laptop. The reviews looked above acceptable to me. Decent brand name, low price, nice lines. But it ended there. I set it up normally which was a breeze and then I downloaded and installed Firefox, my "go to" browser, Dropbox, Evernote and a few other well known and trustworthy apps. It takes a long time to open any program - any of them, even the preinstalled Windows apps. This was before and after I installed anything. For the sake of this review I actually timed the response times. It took anywhere from 23 to 68 seconds to open any program I tried. The only exceptions are the actual Windows apps (Games, Picture Viewer) which can take over 2 minutes to open. Once open the browsers run fine right up until the time they crash and lock up. They are fresh installs on a new PC. I know it's an inexpensive computer, but I was still expecting better than this. Return.

Good machine for basic tasks, web email etc. we use it mainly for business running quick books and word.

I use this computer for college and it really does work fast and efficient. I also have downloaded some video games, due to the large 1 TB hard drive it has, that run perfectly and without a problem (thanks to the i-3 processor). Great computer for a great price.

it was on sale , 237.99$ Not sturdy ,good for browsing and movie .

I needed a low cost solution to getting my sales rep online and this lap top was just what I needed.

I read so many reviews of this laptop and tried to look on the positive side of things. I don't really need a computer for anything other than internet, schoolwork, and occasional audio work. That being said, this laptop was just frustrating at the most fundamental level. There is something wrong with the keyboard in that I pretty much have to pound on certain keys to have them work. The trackpad is over sensitive sometimes and non-responsive other times. It'll jump all over the screen and enlarge the browser at random times and open up other links and pages other times. I've never used a computer where I had to stop and take a break from getting so frustrated. Also it's relatively slow for just the simplest of tasks such as browsing from page to page. The screen resolution also leaves something to be desired. I think the only positives to this computer are its price, weight, and easy set up. Other than those few qualities I think I'm just going to exchange this. Really disappointed.

I recommend this computer to anyone in school that needs a good sized laptop and great for surfing web and great storage on it.

I Bought this laptop Open Box about 3 hours ago and I"m up and running with out any issues. Highly Recommended.

Not bad laptop but has a very primitive keyboard and not so good LCD

Bought it on a Friday and on Saturday Windows had crashed. I had to return it and get a completely different laptop.

A little on the slow side, but pretty good for the price.

This was an awesome deal for the price paid. Touchscreen would have made it even sweeter. No complaints yet.
