I bought this to replace my 3 year old acer laptop that was also purchase at Best Buy. This has got to be the slowest operating computer out of the box that I've ever purchase. My old acer operates faster and more efficiently than this. It is going back today and I will get an HP or another acer. Will never buy an Asus again. Very disappointed.

good for beginners bought for teammber and should have got larger

After 4 months of use the mouse pad doesn't work well at all, the scrolling is impossible without opening settings and is very slow. At times it freezes and will not scroll at all.

I don't need my computers to do a great many things, but my pet peeve is speed. When I press a button, I expect a quick response from the machine. This computer is a cheap option for a kid, but I would not recommend this one for peers--there are better uses for our time!

wanted a laptop for travel because my girlfriend's old vista laptop was corrupted to the point of almost useless. this thing is noticeably slower than my old windows 7 computer. i would recommend it as a cheap laptop but not for major work.

This laptop is ok I just buy it. it will not let my watch youtube it. It not that bad of a laptop but it let me watch netfix I think it a will good laptop. I don't if a recommend this to a friend but I to said yes or no

Hello I have gone through 2 of these laptops through exchanges have had constant small issues. One started up than never started back up after a restart. The 2nd return is some annoying noise like rubbing against the fan. For the price. I guess its good but to me its like putting my hand in a bag hoping it to be good. Hoping best buy will do some sort of time and travel compensation as I have commuted quite some distance but more than likely won't get any sort of compensation for the faulty product just an exchange....

DO NOT BUY THIS COMPUTER, we bought the previous version last Christmas (2015) and it will not boot up after only having it one year. We bought it to Geek Squad 2 and a half weeks ago and they still cannot fix it. There is hardly any programs on it and we only usede to play 2 games and to go on the internet. We wanted to buy some more programs for my daughter to put on the computer this Christmas but now we can't since it is still with geek squad. This has ruined our Christmas!!! I hate ASUS computers!

huge problem with touch-pad on PC. arrow randomly moves and opens the icons on desktop

I just purchased this laptop 3/31/2016 and already i am having issue with it. It is slow, the cursor keeps moving when you click on pad. I click on internet and it takes me to files. Taking it back today and getting a refund.

The computer won't boot, I sent it out through geek squad, I received the computer back after a week, the next day it did the exact same thing. Best buy won't exchange it and I had to sent it back out to Asus.

It stopped working after 13 days due to an electric issue.
